Same as above, time sensitive, sent certified mail, no, changes to acct....call back...think not.

Got a call from 650-353-9309 asking me to call 978-856-8289 stating there were changes being made to my account and that there were numerous letters sent for signature. I have never received any. That myself or legal counsel needs to call the number as it has become time sensitive. No name of caller, no name of business, no nothing.

I revived a call stating that changes were being made to my account and I needed to contact them back at 978-856-8289. So I called the number and it went to a Sra Associates and they claimed to be trying to collect a debit and to settle my case outside of court.

Sorry it was Dra Associates, it was hard to understand them.

I got the same.call. These guys are a debt recovery firm. They buy old debt and try to recover what they can by filing lawsuits and getting default judgements because people don't respond. Most of the time they have incorrect contact information and you are not the person they are looking for. However For them to file suit against you they need to qualify the debt and provide conclusive proof you are the person that owes the debt. Do not offer up any info other than your phone number. They should be able to validate the last 4 of a SSN and work history for you to confirm correct identity. To be on the safe side while a total annoyance I recommend you take the call or call them back and make sure you are not the debtor they are looking for. They should remove you phone number from their contacts for the specific debt.

has called my work line twice saying they have sent important documents to me and need my signature. they end with saying that this has become a time sensitive manner and me or my legal representative needs to call them.

Same message about time sensitive, and account changes. Mumbles the name of the company.
Any phone call I get that doesn't sound right. I google it first.

Same message as the others.  Caller ID stated Heber Spring AR and the number they were calling from as 501-302-0415 but as above it requested I call back at 978-856-8289

Yep, same exact message. And they do not even leave a contact name.

it s a scam!  I called and was told it was a Diverse Recovery Associates.

Same obnoxious messages about ALL the times they tried to send certified mail with no avail. I have lived here for 5 years.
