This number calls our line over and over again then just hangs up.

I get several calls a week from this number, they leave no message, caller ID shows company name as Brightlink SIP. Doing an online search has several information listings. Brightlink SIP shows a communication/data/voice over internet company, searching just the name Brightling (leaving off the SPI) has several listings one being an Asset Recovery Agency (AKA Collections). Searching just the phone number you get Enhanced Recovery Corp (ERC). It may be ERC renamed as all 3 have loads of bad reports of scamming and phishing with these companies and lots of reports to the BBB. I screen all calls I do not recognize the name/number. I've found that if the call is a legit company or important, they will always leave a message. If they don't leave one, you can bet that it is someone calling for a donation or a scam or a phishing scheme. It pays to screen all calls.
