Clovis & Roche a ruthless collection agency who will threaten you with legal action if you don't pay your debt to them.  Every call from them has been some sort of threat or underhanded maneuver to scare me. I will be sending them a cease and desist letter ASAP. Don't let these people bully you! As long as your making some sort of payment there isn't a thing in the world they can do to you.

I have had the pleasure in speaking with that so call company and you are right. I had to hang up on them and as soon as I did that. I called the FTC at 877-382-4357 and made a complaint about that agency

They sat there and made threats to me and my company as well to my family and placed it on my voice mail. The only thing that they didn't know is that I never let someone talk to me in that manor not even my mother she let me go when I turned of age and never talked to me like I was a child since then.

They called me on 9/08/2011 made threat to me and my company as well to my family to frizz my assets and to send a 1099 form to the IRS and to have me audited with the IRS and then they said that I would have pay for court cost they were talking to me with a violent nature and said that they will do harm to me and my company they even said that they were a law firm and they were going to tell their clients to file the law suit through them and they would take and seize and take all of my assets from my company they even said that they will take legal action towards my family assets if I could not pay them.

I explained to them that their client did not do what they said what they were going to do.  I tried to correct it before they produce the adds. They did not correct it and they ran it any way. So I told them that I will not pay it. But they drafted my account any way so I closed my accounts to stop them.

Now they are acting like this and sending their hound dogs after me. Wrong I am a proud Mexican American and I have worked to hard and to long to let some one treat me like that.

I told them if they continue to talk to me in that manor I will hang up. They continued to talk to me like that so I hung up.

But I didn't stop there I even call the Attorney General office in the state that I have my company at, and made a complaint with them as well.

I will receive the complaint forms in the mail, but they did tell me to visit their web site and to look it up under this web site www.texasattorneygenaral.gov and down load their complaint forms from there that way. If I do it that way the complaint will be process lot faster. So I think I’ll do that.

You are right! Clovis and Roche uses ruthless tactics. "to avoid legal action" They gave me a settlement amount and when I got the "form" to sign,.... in fine print it stated yellow book has the right to collect the difference between the amount due and the "settlement":. I always thought a settlement was a settlement period! What a bunch of crooks.

Clovis and Roche believe that if they insult people that will get them somewhere. It's an offensive and plain stupid tactics and they are just a bunch of stupid hopeless idiots.

The woman leaving me voicemails is a total douche.  Our company doesn't pay late charges and the Yellow Book people were aware of it; however, in typical fashion they allowed them to accrue month after month and have finally sent them to this collection agency.  How pathetic one's life must be to work for a CA.  Yes, she's threatening lawsuits against our company and me personally - even threatening that they have "started an investigation into your personal assets to see if anything can be seized."  Oh puh-lease Mary.

I had an old Yellow Book bill and had the pleasure of talking to Clovis & Roche. They first spoke to my receptionist and threatened to come in the next day with a video and record my equipment assets. NEVER let them in your office. I called back and spoke one of their collectors, who was very rude. I said I would hang up if he didn't tone down, he didn't so I did.

After getting nowhere with me for a few weeks because of my hangups.They assigned me to some lady, who wasn't quite as rude, however her tactic was to try and create fear. That didn't work on me either. She threatened to place a lien on the job I was working on, but I reminded her that, even if I introduced my customer to her, she didn't have that authority and a yellow page bill is not attached to ANY assets. The ONLY way she was going to collect was with my cooperation. I always remained very calm and polite careful of what I told her. She once lost it and yelled at me in desperation demanding a payment, that's when you have control.

The worse she got the longer I took. I have my personal and business assets protected, there really wasn't much she could do in my case, someone else might need to send a small payment (money order) to them with a CC to Yellow Book collection dept, there is NOTHING Clovis and Roche can do because Yellow Book is the one who decides on further action. I finally worked out a settlement (a little over half), on my terms, for a lot less than their bill. When I received a customer payment I paid other bills and set theirs aside for a bit, which made her furious when she found out.  My biggest regret is that I should have held out for a lot less. Remember YOU are in the driver seat not them.

Yellow Book reports your credit of slow payments monthly and your contract links your personal guarantee of payment. I will never do business with Yellow Book again and have encouraged others to avoid them. When their salesman call I tell them "absolutely not" based on their contract wording, then go with Dex instead who was a lot more workable with my business financial slowdown, which I appreciated.

I hope this will help someone else from getting Clovis & Roche to bully you.

They are trying to collect a business debt and keep calling me personally on my cell phone. They called today at 10:05am and yesterday.

There is nothing they can do to you even if you don't pay them. I barely have enough money to eat.  They can kiss my a**.

If those insults werent enough now Clovis and Roche is getting ready to bankrupt and leave their clients holding the empty bag.
