I got a call from 985-825-5016. The caller ID showed it was from Lousianna. The man on the phone with an Indian accent said that he was from "Tech Support" and that my windows computer was generating error messages. He was calling to fix. I decided to play along. He told me to go to my computer and open the RUN function. I pretended to do so and played along.Then he told me to enter some instructions that seemed to be allowing him remote access to my computer. Eventually I told him that my internet had gone down. I asked for a call back number and he gave me 855-384-9273.  He said it was a toll free number back to him. I looked up that number and it too was linked to these same people with the same scam.

About 1:00 PM in Wisconsin.  Caller ID comes us "Louisiana Call".  

Hilarious... Supposedly an IT professional form Tech support but didnt understand simple computer language

I have received a call from this number before. When I answer I just say county morgue. Since I knew this was scam I once told them that the FBI was here with me and would they like to talk to them. They hung up.

The numerous times that you [***] call I always waste more of YOUR time than you of mine. At some point in time you WILL be "outed", hope your FAMILY can stand the humiliation/scorn/punishment they will have to endure for your stupidity.

Got a call telling my my computer was out of order and he could help fix it. When I told him my computer was brand new and he was bothering me he started yelling and swearing. Asian Indian accent.

Got a call saying they were from Windows support and wanted me to do an offline check of my computer. They said they were the only IT support company of Windows and that many computer users don't know they are having their system sending things everytime they use Windows. Of course I didn't do as they requested by Pressing the "Windows" key on my computer keyboard at the same time as pressing the "R" key.

Called at 1:29 p.m. on May 15, 2014 -- Man with an accent said he was from my computer company and that I needed to erase some files because of viruses. I told him to please take my name off his calling list and he said he could not do it. I told him I was going to file his number with the government because I thought it was a scam. He said that he could assure me that his company was legal. I repeated that I would report him and hung up.
I don't know if this was a telemarketer so someone wanting to crash my computer.

each night I get call from 985-523-5016.  I don't say anything and no one is on the other end. I then hang up.

Guy says he's from IT. Definitely a scammer!

A person calling himself Harry called and asked for me. I asked him to leave a message and he said that he was calling from tech support regarding my computer. I asked  him to take my number of the list and he came belligerent.

Why cant these people be put in jail?

Supposedly my computer was leaving personal information on servers.  IP address?, MAC address? how did they know it was mine? they had my physical address.  Claimed to be calling from Louisiana but sounded more like calling from India.

Called my house number and wouldn't even get to his message and had the gall to ask who I was since I wasn't the actual house owner. When I replied that I was a member of the household, he kept asking me who I was. Sounded like a man who was between his 20's and 30's. Heavy Indian or Asian accent.

Keep getting calls from this number.  They want to know how my computer is

This # just called my home phone. A female telling me she's calling about my windows operating system. I knew it was a scam so I said " You called free Chinese porn me need you credit card number". I repeated this 2 times the caller hung up...lmao. I love messing with the scammers

I got the same call, telling me that I had some bad stuff downloaded onto my computer.  I listened to his little scam, when he was done I said "Can I tell you something now?  My husband is a Computer Technician, I was a Computer Help Desk Analyst."
As soon as I got that out of my mouth he said "[***] you!" and hung up.
