Kelsey called from a quickly spoken business name that I couldn't catch.  They are (supposedly) working with AT&T.  Our charges will go down next month by 30% because of a new law, but our services will all be IDENTICAL.   Kelsey said "I'm fairly new, so I'll put my supervisor on."  'Mark Miller' the supervisor came on and said he needed to verify our info to get us our discount.  I said I wasn't doing anything till I saw details in writing via fax or email.  He said I would get it in writing that way after he verified our info.  I told him again that I wasn't doing anything BEFORE I got it in writing.  He hurriedly said 'Have a good day, Anita' and hung up on me.

I got this call claiming to be from Telplex offering me a discount on Century Link phone service.  They are a scam. Don't fall for it.

Call daily almost the same time and say they are with AT&T and need to speak with someone about rate change coming up.  I stated, dont you have all this info, and they hung up.

Everytime I answer this call, they hang up. Annoying!

received a phone call that came up "unavailable" on caller ID.  The man on the other end would not give his name but claimed to "represent" ATT to lower rates.  Seeing that I have received other calls like this, I said no thank you and hung up

Oh brother.  Claimed to be ATT to lower rates.  I questioned and said why doesn't my caller id say ATT and they hung up!!
