This number is a spoof. Seriously, who has the number 987-654-321? Nobody does. Someone is spoofing the number and hiding their own. They called me today and made threats against my life. They gave no reason for making these threats. Said they were going to put fireworks through my door and grab me when I leave the house. They are nasty people and phone spammers.

This is a scam do not answer the phone it poses as yellow pages to me...they charge money, DO NOT ANSWER!

recieved call from 987654321 on 3 seperate occasions, did not answer any of these as thought it seemed dodgy. There was a 3 infront of the 9 on 1 of these occasions. I will contact my phone company and block this number, however if you could provide me with further information I would be grateful. Thanks

Anyway, I had this number call me and i ignored it. My friend had this number call her and it charged her loads of money. All you need to do is call your phone company and block this number

This number called today,not for the first time, there is nobody at the other end of the line,but reading other peoples comments maybe this was just as well.Do not want them calling again

it is some pedo dude fron balmain, I got the same call about two to three weeks ago. If I were you I would call the cops or something like that

I have had experiences with scammers - ill be polite. - said they were the us govt education department. Geeze. I have reported the number to the fbi

Got a call from 987654321. I had gotten calls from them before and never answered. I was ready to tell them off this time. I said "hello" twice with out any answer. on the third time I got a robotic answer that said "good-bye". What a douche.

I've gotten a call from this number about once a week for the last 3 weeks. It is an Indian man that says he's with the davities? Ive asked to be taken off whatever their list is but they never do.

I just received a call from 987-546-321. After the phone call I wanted to search online to see if there was any information about the strange number. The speaker (who had terrible english) claimed to be microsoft computer support and claimed my system was infected with maleware. They had me type "www.support.me" into my run box, which took me to the site: https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/Customer/Code.aspx. They gave me a code to type in the box to connect to a technician, at which point I refused and ended the call since I do not want give control of my computer to an outside source that I did not initiate contact with myself. Hopefully going to their site alone has not caused a problem, and hopefully there is not major fee associated to the 8 minutes I humored the call.

I had the same call today. I let him say what he wanted. Then I said can you tell me if there is DUMBASS after my name? Then i game him a few choise words and hung up.

Funny.  I got the same "Microsoft Windows group" phone call about my Windows computer being infected.  He wanted me to hit cntrl-R - not sure what this would have done, but I didn't do it.  I told him he had the wrong number because I don't own a windows computer!  Then he proceeded to tell me my name and address (which I lived at several years ago).  They must have an old database from a business (phone company, cell phone service, internet, etc.) and are trying to scam people.  Maybe they are trying to put malware on YOUR computer - which would explain why they want you to enter certain keystrokes or go to a web site.

Previous comments were correct - just hang up.

Who do I report this too? I'm tired of these calls from 987654321. All they say is good bye. I feel it is a treat.

For god's sake! Don't answer any phone #s that you don't recongnize! That way you don't get charged for it! A*******
