I just got this call too. but i've received calls for the last two months about a vehicle warranty from differt numbers.

I have received multiple calls from this number at my place of business. They state they are AT&T and they need to inform me of a change in rates. I have already asked them to no call me and take me off the call list but they just hang up on me. I've even asked for a supervisor and got hung up on.

I have also received multiple calls asking to speak with the "person in charge of the AT&T account to inform about rate changes." I've given them the number to my corporate office a few times so now I just hang up. Normally it is a professional sounding caller, but today was an older woman whom was laughing while requesting, then hung up. Who really enjoys working like that?

This is the second time receiving this phone call at my apartment complex office, they state they are PG&E and there will be a rate change. The last time they called they said they had promotions going on to lower the bill I have saying my current charges where 100-300, odd if they were PG&E they would know the exact number. Where not talking they hang up right away if no sound it made. The first time getting this number I called PG&E to verify they didn't call and they stated they will never call regarding anything about billing (unless you call them and give them a call back number for the wait time list for representatives). This does seem very much so a scam, be careful of this number and giving out personal information.
