Had two calls of this number can't find out who it is

I got a call from this +99999999.
After reading the many comments I realise it's a scam.
People who do this have too much time on their hands. Try doing something useful with your time like charity work instead of annoying or upsetting good people!

I have had 2 calls from this number in the last 2 days. As I don't recognise the number I just ignore it I never answer numbers I don't know, just incase.

Someone has called me several times from this number.

phone call at around 4:00 pm.  no person on other end just a creepy voice.  and then a regular voice saying will call you back in 10 minutes
