- 1Received a call with this caller-ID. Caller didn't leave a message. According to wikipedia: in country code 42, area codes starting with 6 are unassigned. So CLID looks fake.

- 1Called twice now and nobody speaks when you answer then the call ends. Looked up the area code 00 49 and it says Germany - don't know who would call me from there. I'm not calling it back. Googling the number doesn't reveal any results.
