    I don't have Virgin Broadband so I have blocked the number. Sounds as if it comes from India or similar. Called me Ma'am. Told them the only person who gets called Ma'am in UK is the queen !!! I put the phone down.

    Said she was from Microsoft and there had been suspicious activity from our Windows computer that needed to be investigated as it had been hacked. I told her she was talking ruish as we don't have any Windows computers (true) aand she hung up
