- 1Recorded message from (supposedly) Amazon stating that £99.99 has just been taken from my account. If I did not make this purchase, press 1 for reimbursement. Clearly a scammer; I do not save my card to the amazon website. Every time I use Amazon I follow up by deleting the payment card information.
- 2Message supposedly from Santander saying I would receive a text message from this number about going paperless. Then a text message came in from this number asking me to reply yes to paperless within two days. Had my email address. Started the text with Hi which immediately aroused my suspicions
- 1I received an automated call to my mobile 'phone from this number yesterday. The "robot", which did not identify itself, claimed that a payment of £600 had been made from my bank ccount to an overseas payee, and invite me to "press 1" etc.
- 1No idea who it is it rang at 07.41 today when I was in bed and phone dnd probably some sort of scam again, my number is ex-directory and TPS Registered so unless I have given the number should not be ringing

- 1Had this persistent chap ring me from ' the lottery department' telling me I had won £500. We initially wanted my email so he could send me 'some documents' ( which I would not give) as they did not have the information to give me the money. When pressed, I found out he was also after my bank...
