    Over six days, calling ADT on 0844800199, in relation to a fault on our ADT equipment which it was being slow to correct, I was charged £75.98 by EE. Most of the time spent on these calls was waiting for an ADT adviser to become available.

    It's called Number Spoofing. Criminals can make phony numbers and names show in your Caller ID.
