108x numbers

- 1tried to do search on number of sites but none of them recognize a 108 area code....i thought the extra one it begins with was just long distance....i could get no id...and i got the call at 8 am in the morning so i am thinking scam.
- 1Called a 902 area code number twice in immediate succession at 8:59 a.m. ADT. Did not answer and no message was left.
- 1Calling and asking for the money, he has kid nape my car and asking for money to give car safely he is calling from 10813 number.
- 1Said he was an Officer and I needed to contact him and if I didn't all he could do was wish me the best of luck.
- 5Caller ID on cell phone says "108". Whoever it is called twice within a few hours. No message left on voicemail.
- 1Got a call from this number at 8:13 pm on Sunday, March 19, 2017. It is Beijing phone number. It went to my voice mail and left a 4 second message that was a buzzing tone. (I live in Texas and I have never known or met anyone from China or Beijing.) ??
- 2I just got the same call. Asked if I was [my name] and [title] and after I acknowledged, she promptly hung up.
