- 15Bank of America Scam. Stated an account was opened in my name via zelle. When I called them out for being a scammer, they immediately hung up
- 2Of course this is a scam. Not sure what type, but invoking a deceased parent is a sign. I am wondering if this was a twist on what is usually called the Grandparents Scam. That scam works by trying to convince older people that a grandson/daughter is in trouble and money is needed to clear things...
- 1Dead air when answering "good morning" or "good afternoon". Expect the system is set up to react to "hello".
- 1Heard a recording from 20 years ago saying that this number was changed to an international number located in France.
- 2The only people who can tell you who they are and why they called would be the callers. If you really need to know that badly then either call them back and ask them or answer the call if they call again.
- 2Called at 13:03 . Monday March 27, 2023. I did not answer because phone warned of potential spam.
- 2Received a phone call from this number today claiming she has my information and very rude female wouldn't allow me to talk keep on interrupting me yelling at me. This is not how a representative is supposed to act towards anyone.
- 1This obviously was a scam call from Morocco where someone wants to steal your MONEY. If you get this call, block them.
