- 1Text that says to avoid a late fee, click the link to pay your outstanding parking ticket. I didn't think it was legit because I don't use public parking. The City of Milwaukee has issued a statement saying it is a scam.
- 1Fake toll notification: "Your vehicle has been recorded using the Texas toll Roads. To avoid late fees of $35.00, please settle your balance by visiting the link below." It goes to a fake site, road-tx.com, a copy of the real site (txtag.org).
- 11Called asked for me by name, spoke French, asked if he spoke English, he said no. I speak French and English knew it was a scam. Told him to call me when he can speak English.
