    Caller ID name showed up as NTVB. Call came from a scammer pretending to be from a bank or investment company. But I honestly can't tell. Thankfully, I didn't pick up the call.     Whether or not the number is "spoofed," I cannot say but it's easy to discern the intent of the caller. Call back gets boiler room sounds and "student loan debt" assistance. Likely SCAM. Block and ignore.
