- 2That is a Lure Text, most likely sent by a bot. The idea is to get your attention, engage you and then either sell you crap or steal your money. Forward the text to 7726 as spam.
- 1Today, a silent call to my land-line at 08:23 Pacific. Area-code 647 is Toronto (Ontario, Canada) but "name" field in Caller-ID showed "250-668-6663" (Telus Mobility in Lantzville (BC, Canada). Obviously, a "scam" attempt.

Goes on to tell they called to get your opinion and how important it is, etc. Refers you to IPSOS dot com or their facebook page for more...
