    Hmmm. Call back to the number gets a recording and representative identifying itself as Chase bank. In addition, it IS the number listed on their website for mortgage assistance. https://www.chase.com/personal/mortgage/mortgage-contact-us However, numbers can be spoofed and scammers are clever.
