"You won a prize" SCAM

WOW how exciting is that all lucky guys of the planet is here.
I got the same msg in viber, becaus I am a computer programing student so i found at first msg that it's fake so i searched places like this to send this msg.
guys it's fake and those m************ want to waste your time and will ask you to pay money for the parcel,when you guys pay them you will never see them again.

and one thing more i wanna say, look buddy if we were lucky then we were not in this f****** damned world OK!!!!!

It's pretty simple to respond to this kind of message.  Simply suggest they subtract the "handling fee" from the prize money, and demand that they send a cheque for $499,000 and change.  They will hang up.

How should i catch these people and bring them to justice and get my money back
