Cat, your cell phone has this ability built in already. When you receive a spam call just choose to “create a new contact” & that same spam number will automatically be on your “new contact set-up page”; label the contact name as “SPAM” or “block” or anything you want; and then outta selections listed...click on “block calls for this contact”. Done!

Also, depending on your cell phone make, it’s getting easier all the time to add any unwanted phone call numbers to the block list! You don’t even have to set them up as a contact anymore! Just search those terms in your phone. & learn, learn learn! Good Luck Cat

It has nothing to do with your carrier. Robocalls, or any spam/scam call can only be blocked from YOU hearing them ring or YOU receiving a SMS. It does not men they do not have every bit of your information.
The one and only way is to have your phone and internet in someone else's name using fictitious general info. Then you must sign into (anonymously of course) a  program which will hide your IP adresses, for your home computer as well as your smartphone. Good luck.

Cat didn’t indicate whether the call was received on a cell phone or not.

Your post should go in a thread associated with the number calling you.
    https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/442241112
You don't say what the call was about or what the caller has said to you, that is the important info that call her others and you.
Why not try blocking the number? It's worth try.
