The number of spoofed numbers is similar to my cell phone number, with the same area code and prefix, is getting extremely prolific. Isn't there anything that can be done about this? Even something mild like sending a live scary snake through the line just so we can listen to their screaming would brighten up my day! I don't understand why the FCC hasn't engineered a workaround for these technologies and the people who should be moved to another planet, like the sun. Bless all of you who take the time and this site for not trying to sell us stuff!

Dec 2018 persistent spoofed numbers calling with the same voice and message,on a Telus land line.
“Congratulations on your on time bill payments, you now qualify for a zero interest rate on All your credit cards,Press 1 to get this limited time offer “
The scam is that you press 1 ,your going to get connected to calling some long distance number which you will be on the hook for Or worse.
They use different spoofed numbers to get you to pick up.
