    Windham Professionals, Inc. (www.windhampros.com). Debt collection agency.  These guys are KING of the number spoofing game.  They have called me from numbers in the 434, 469, 804, 223, 551, 765, 805, 904, 757, and 727 area codes.  Unfortunately, not illegal...as long as they don't misrepresent who they are.  Not sure if you can search this site for "names", but I've posted previously about this company and the exact phone numbers they use.  I've also posted on other sites about this company as well.
