The spam ads stress that the service is the "best is the USA for to promote...", but the poor language skills confirm the scam is running many, many miles from the USA.
Notice they do not provide a phone number, suggesting they want access to your computer, and that they know the number, like the malicious web site would point to one of the scam centers in India.
