It ask for your Credit Card information, and offer you PA insurance for certain sum. Most likely a scam. Claimed working with Visa and Mastercard.

just received a call from the same number, claimed to be working with Crystal Bridge who is handling Visa & Mastercard insurance. She cannot answer me when i asked few things, and contracdicting her own statement.

Fatin from Crystal Bridge offer PA insurance thru credit card. Hang it up when I asked is it free?

First call came from someone named Nisa Nur Ain (IC number 811022-10-5678, I realized now she might made up this number) and claimed that I have signed up an insurance policy with her company Crystal Bridge in 2013. I said I never signed up with such insurance and she insisted that I have agreed to terms and condition therefore must continue with the service. I started to dismiss her and claimed that her company must be running a scam business and I hung up. A few mins later, another person claiming to be from the same company, a superior to the previous person called from a different number - 0374918087 saying that she has listened to the previous phone conversation and would like to make a clarification. Claimed that I signed up an insurance policy linked to my Maybank visa card in 2013. When asked if Maybank knows about this she said no and when asked give me a proof that I signed the policy she said she will send me the policy. After a while she made a contradicting statement that she was simply asking if I would be interested to sign up. What a [***].

I received a call from this company Crystal Bridge Sdn Bhd (03-2856 2342), and they told me that they have given me extra protection for my HSBC Visa Credit Card since 2013, and now they want to send me the policy and charge me RM599 for the protection given. They know my home address and also my IC number.

I scolded the telemarketer and told her to prove to me that I have agreed to such a policy. She insists that I have agreed during one telemarketing session in 2013. I called HSBC and they told me there is no such thing. The telemarketer said she will submit my case to their Crystal Bridge HQ and they will contact me. I think this is a bloody con-job.

Different number, 0392020663 & 0327806300, but similar name, similar company and similar MO. Mine was related with Maybank, offering extra benefits since according to them, I haven't claim anything since using the insurance from 2013. Also said that I agreed to use their insurance when I applied the credit card.

Company has called me a few times using different numbers. Claimed my credit card is covered by their insurance. I told them for the life of me i have never heard of an insurance company by the name of Crystal Bridge. The telemarketer said that the insurance is called Multi insurance. Wants me to pay RM599 as apparently the insurance has been active since 2013. I scolded them as the card they referred to has long been diactivated so it is obvious it is a scam. I called my Bank and they confirmed there is no such thing and advised that i do not reveal anything to these s people.

Just received a call from Crystal Bridge. Same MO. Phone number 0323339209 / 0392020663. At first, said the insurance is free (i said i don't take any insurance regarding this credit card), then they convince me. It's okay then. Then she asked her boss to call me back. Then she said i must pay RM599 for 'whatever' insurance. Crap!!

They keep calling & bugging you. How come they got our info??? ( Credit card number, telephone number, address). Sound fishy!!

i received a call from Crystal Bridge Sdn Bhd also with phone number 0123236854 saying the same thing.

Received a called from Crystal Bridge Sdn Bhd. today.  Introduce himself as Sharil and the no. is 03-74992731.  Same MO. They got my card no. and expire date. Cancelled my card immediately because they can charge on your card if they have these particulars. Never reveal your card no. and expire date to anyone.  It's a SCAM!!!  Should report to the authority.

A girl call me to send insurance policy which she said I Bought for 3 year from 2013 & 2016 is the last year..rn599 for 3 years that I Must pay at the end ofthe 3rd year.. I asked her whenI agreed to buy the policy & she explained in 2013.. I was in a meeting break..she asked me to confirmed my card no..which she read out & also my address....my card charge me rm599..I want to ask..what can I do to get mymoney back?

Received call from someone by the name of Norafidah of Crystal Bridge. Claimed i had agreed to sign up a policy back in 2014 and now is the final year. Need to pay RM599. To my greatest knowledge and memory, never had agreed to such policy and never received anything pertaining to such coverage.

Received call twice. I scolded the first but they get someone else to call me again.

Received multiple calls from these numbers 0323801969, 0147284466, 0328562342, 01140820210, all from a Crystal Bridge Sdn Bhd. These ppl are persistent and they keep bugging you.
Same modus operandi, insisting that I need to pay rm599. Somehow they got my card number, address, and was asking for the card expiry. Called the bank, and bank said there was a failed  transaction due to wrong expiry date. Cancelled my card straight away.

Received a call from phone no. 03 2856 2342. A girl named Mardiya said that i have agreed to a PA insurance coverage plan back in 2014. I said i never agreed to any of those plan. She said will inform HQ and prove me. She also requesting RM599 for final year insurance coverage. I said do not charge anything as i never agree to any of their plan. Such a scam

I just received the same call. this is the number 0323801969.
A Girl named Juliana. She told me i have signed up back in 2015.
And the policy going to end so i have to pay RM599 for closing.
I said i didn't sign up such insurance but she said HQ I Crystal have the proof.
She will ask the HQ to contact me for the proof.

This is truly scam. F***

Received call from Juliana too.She said I signed up for insurance policy for master/visa card from alliance bank in 2013.I work in a bank so I knew right away she was talking nonsense.So I asked her "i sign up tahun 2013?sign up guna apa?policy insurance apa?policy number apa?".
Then that [***] just hung up.

A girl named Juliana has also called me early last month. I have filed a dispute and the bank reversed the charges to my card.

I have received the same called from the Crystal company too. The malay girl said i have committed the insurance policy with them since 2015 with citibank credit card. Then now they want to send me the policy with charge RM599. I told them i never commit any inusrance policy with them. I have argue with the malay girl for about 30 minutes stated that I never took any insurance from them. The Tel No is 03-28562342. Big con job.

sclau, call your bank and have your card canceled. If they already charged you, file a dispute then proceed with a police report.
