Answered the call, line was silent then heard them hang up.

Rang 3 times, each time refused to leave message.

get calls from this number wanted me to answer security questions first i refused there calling me stating they are from halifax also get called on 0203 number get calls all day long on mobile and home phone

My wife answered call from them asking for post code and date of birth saying it was halifax.Spoke to halifax they are pretty sure its a scam and are investigating.

Got a call from this number constantly they are racially abusive to me and ask for details of where i live and bank details etc think its a bogus company f*** em

Sounded like she was phoning from a pub saying directly she was from Halifax asking to confirm who I was by giving my date of birth so she could talk to me about a new service from Halifax.  I instantly refused and asked that she send me information about the service instead.  Actually the number here was 08445811015 obviously they have a number of outgoing lines.

They have moved from Halifax to Bank of Scotland now, just took a call very similar to this.

Called BOS, they confirmed this not one of their numbers and have passed it on their secuirty dept.  This makes me really quite angry, some poor old person might well hand over all of their details to these people.

I have just received a call from this number stating they were from Halifax Bank of Scotland security department and asked me to confirm my post code. When I asked why they wanted this information, the person (Jane after he had spelt his name out)said he wanted to check certain details regarding my account. I thought this was a strange request and started to question this person as to why they rang in the first place. He said that he couldn't discuss the reason for his call without me first supplying certain information. I asked that his request be put in writing so that I couod verify that this was a genuine call. He then rang off.

Took a call from this number yesterday. Sounded like someone calling from abroad to be honest.  They said they were calling from Halifax and needed to discuss my account and could I confirm my postcode.  When I enquired as to why I should give them details to confirm who I was when I had no idea who they were, they said they needed to check my details and if I didnt take the call now someone would ring later.  I said OK then I didnt want to take the call now. They have just phoned again and I ignored the call.  They left no message.  I am not normally so suspicious but having recently had my debit card cloned, I am now very wary of strange goings on where my personal details are concerned.  I shall be reporting this to Halifax.

First assist yet again!! Have recently changed their phone numbers !! Please see postings under tel no. 08445811015 and more importantly 02031035180. Have been plagued by this rude company since last year. Are not Halifax or Bank of Scotland. Are a cheap and nasty insurance company who buy our details from the above 2 banks . Give them s**t back !!!!

four silent calls from this number today. Have just come out of hostpital and would appreciate peace and quiet.. Being repeatedly harrassed by silent calls makes me so angry

They are calling me constantly on my landline and mobile number, they just called now at 9PM !!!!!!!!!!!
