These people have called me every day asking me to confirm my address as they have an urgent business matter for me. I ask who is calling before providing my personal details and they get quite annoyed with me and say they will write.  I am yet to have received any correspondence that could possibly relate to this call.

i just got a call to, asked if they were speaking to me so i said yes, then she said im calling about a business account, i dont have one she said

please confirm yr address, i would not, so she asked me a further 3 times before i more or less shouted at her i was not giving her that

she then said a letter is coming to you

Just got a call from this number and a women was asking me for all my conact details. She said that she has sent me a letter which I have never Received. In the end I just had to put the phone down.

It turns out these people are IQOR and they are calling me regarding a disputed amount I have with PAYPAL. (Paypal refunded money to a buyer when I was on holiday and unable to check my emails.)  I am corresponding fully with PAYPAL and the amount is clearly in dispute.  I am very unhappy they have passed it to a debt collection agency.  Not sure where I stand?  The number that calls has repeatedly said they will send me a letter but I am yet to have received one.  Now they say it is because I wont provide my address details but surley PAYPAL can confirm that.  What a mess.

I am living in a house with 5 flats. IQOR has called and asked to speak to someone living in a different flat than me. I know the person they wanted to speak only from seeing and saying hi, she hasn't got my tel.-number, and my BT tel.-number isn't in the BT tel.-book. How could they obtain my tel.-number? The other point is: Imagine someone calls, the girlfriend picks up the phone and a voice asks to speak to an other girl, it can end in a drama.

this company is acting illegally. please report calls to the financial standards authority.

this company called me saying they were working on behalf of ebay/paypall and asked me to confirm details although paypall advises you to never give details to anyone bar them i advised them of this and they said they have my details i just need to confirm them i did not and advised them if they have my details to send me a letter

This company called Iqor are a debt collecting agency who work on behalf of anybody who will pay them.They are a persistant nuicance with there phone calls which you dont need to answer.If you want to no how to deal with this company search for Iqor in Google and you will find plenty of unhappy people willing to help......Good luck

Ignore any phonecalls from them and do not answer anything they ask. If you do answer, do not tell them anything or confirm your address or anything like that to them. Be polite but if they get angry which they often do, or threaten you with court action, just hang up. I am about to complain to watchdog about them.

credit collection agency, hang up.... tell them they're unsolicited calls are not welcome (have a nice day goodbye)...!!!!

Just got a call from Iqor at 08:13 this morning, Didn't answer but woke my 2yr old up. Previously when I have answered them or my wife has, they ask for me by my first name - how rude..... They don't know me so they should use "hello, is that Mr B......."  All this hassle for £21.00 that i have not spent and an automated funds transfer failed when trying to correct it.

I have just had them on the phone threatening me and refusing to give me their name apart from the company. I recorded the call and am about to send it to BBC watchdog. I cant believe ebay are ok'ing this company.

they are a debit collection agency working on behalf of paypal.they are very persistant and they dont go away even when you have spoken to them .they are called  IQOR.

very persistent and try to be intimidating,told them to sling their hook and hung up,do as they wish im not bothered,darn paypal have a real rubbish way of dealing with problems.paypal are best avoided as well.

This company have no morals, they are rude, ignorant and persistant. Just call their bluff, and if pay pal want to be associated with riff raff like this they don't deserve any business. You can buy and sell on e bay without pay pal. If everyone snubbed pay pal maybe they would look at their associates

Yes I have been receiving calls recently from this number, I chose not to answer it, I then rang the number back to see who answered it and then I pretended that I had rang the wrong number!
I shall take this advice and continue to ignore these calls or change my number!

Receiving at least 10 calls a day from 8am upto 9pm regarding a outstanding debt to Ebay/Paypal.
I have never used either companies and clearly stated that to IQOR Recovery Services. They just refuse to believe me and are very rude and aggressive towards me.
I have proof that I have never registered with either company as Ebay & Paypal can confirm this as they have no information on record.
How can I stop the calls because it is a joke now.

Started getting these calls. Refers to a fraudulent use of my ebay account. Whenever I have received either calls or letters I have written to the company stating that I am not the person cited nor has that person ever lived at my address and requesting I am not contacted again, stating too that I informed ebay of the fraudulent activity on my account and providing the reference for that call. It has usually worked. But this seems like a higher level of harrasment. Has anyone taken legal action against this co or contacted Consumers' Association etc?

Getting persistant calls from this lot just after 8 in the morning. i work nights so am very unhappy at this. after reading the comments i will block them on choose to refuse
