My 12 year old son phoned it as it was to do with  'free credits' for 'Habbo Hotel' .My phone bill shows 'premium number and cost £3.00 each call . I advise  ... Don't call this number. I won't mention how many times he called it as it hurts

yes i have had the same problem, so far it has cost me around £70. i have blocked this number but at first i wasn't sure what the number was. thank you for saying me the time  in looking up what this numbeer is.

If your child gets hold of the phone they may also dial 09069009100, 45 credits and £3 a shot or 09071267898, couldn't find any reference to that or 09065753633 a £3 per minute menu system designed to keep you on the call by " for credits press 6" and so on.

Block your 090 numbers

we banned all 090 numbers, yet they still appear on the bill! so far it has been over £150! we don't actually use the phone...on the nights in question no one is actually in the house when the 'calls' are made. The 'calls' are from your own computer. We will be seeking compensation,  it is under way..will keep all posted.

i rang this number and it was to do with habbo hotel credits please urge all your freinds to never ring this number and if your child happens to ring it do not blame them

yea this number is for habbo hotel credits what happens is u ring this then give ur code and it addes 45 credits to ur habbo account
when ur child said free credits basicly he enterd some one elses code because that person said it was a secret code which habbo staff members use (im 18 and i used to play the game so i know quite abit about the scams going on)

This company should be closed down, this is nothing less than robbery!!

to habbo, and they are investigating the issue with a partner Sulake whos a specialist in such siturations.

Also i would advise if you are not happy with paying it, that you inform your child, that the credits they buy will come out from there pocket money or bank account. Rather than not letting them spend there own money on it, or they may decide to find ways like the above number to get credits on to there habbo account. On the offical habbo website, www.habbo.co.uk there is a secure way of gettings credits, and you can either do it by text, phone, debit card or some other ways that are simular to paypal, however they dont use paypal.

Just been checking my phone bill to see 0906900910 and 09066610150 appear on my phone bill. luckily it wasn't much £10 in total and i have made my son give me the money back. I've explained to him about it and he's agreed not to use it again. Think it's wrong sites intice children to play their games by offering them free usage and then they realise to adavance better they need to get the credits.

I've just received my quarterly phone bill.  Calls to 09069 009100 numerous times and also to 09056 575575 numerous times.  Total bill over £200!!!I've been onto BT and requested that all 0900 numbers are blocked from my phone but am concerned to read that someone else did this yet is still being billed.  Does anyone have any further information on this?

Ive just had my phone bill and have noticed that the bill has gone up dramatically by £100 only to find out that I had this number on the bill repeatedly.  I checked it out and found out that it was to do with Habbo and realised my son was on the Habbo site and had been getting credits.  I am wondering as this site is one big scam whether or not i can get my money back??

I dont get it, my son called 2 times and will dat charge 3:00, and i dont get you guys talking about large amount is it large amount becuase your son/daughter called too many times?

Fortunately I discovered that my step - daughter was using this site before she ran up too much (around £25 worth). I have blocked premium rate & mobile numbers. I was given this advice :-

Try system restore to go back before the calls started, hopefully wiping the pc memory & run a complere virus scan.
If that fails wipe the hard drive clean & ensure a good anti virus is installed + enable parental controls.

My brother informed me this week his phone bill had £20 of premium rate calls from this number as my son 11 had been on habbo and use his phone to buy credits when we visit him, he told me to check my bill lucky I did as my son had phone this number 78 times during the last 6 weeks amounting to £217 thank goodness I caught when I did I dread to think what the end of quater bill would have been. I have banned him from this site now and given him some jobs to do around the house and garden until he pays it back. So be warned and speak to your childs friends parents too as they are probably doing the same.

I phoned it & i didnt get any credits and my person was online...

just checked my phone bill...£26..pounds were for 09069 numbers...only person who could have made the calls were my 10.year old grand son,,,how can i find out if he made calls,,he also uses my lap top...can the money be reclaimed.

I just logged into my phone account to find a heart breaking £225.17 bill. O nly £75 is for normal use. The rest is 09069009100. My son and daughter are at school at the moment so I dont know which one has been phoneing it. With xmas near and just been made redundent it couldnt have come at a worse time.Can I claim anything back.
