i am receiving a text everyday from 3030   sttaing that a service I have ordered cannot be delivered because you dont have enough credit, please upload
what sort of number and service this is?

My mother in law at 93years is getting these messages it's disgusting that this tmobile horoscope texts are taking her credit when it an emergency phone for her and cannot afford to keep topping it up out of her pension.She never subscribed to this in the first place.

My phone started receiving Romantic Horoscopes from ROMCAP on 3030, I called T-Mobile who assured me it was NOT one of their services and that they couldn't cancel it. Utter tosh. I cancelled it by texting STOP to 89030 with thanks to this website and received a text directing me to a T Mobile website.
What a scam!!!

Exactly the same thing happened to my 84 year old mother who also has her phone for emergencies and because of failing sight has never used texts. She was getting news report texts 3x a day which cleared out her credit. I called tmobile who said 3030 was nothing to do with them but a 3rd party account but that they'd block premium rate texts from now on. She tried to tell me my mother must have signed up for texts about the weather or lottery! She hadn't. I now see from your site it is connected to tmobile. Can this not be stopped?

I've been receiving txt messages from the caller,3030 and this has been taking all my credits. can you please identify who the caller is and stop them from txting me forever.

I was receiving texts daily for a horrorscope that was not even my start sign !  Quite amusing until I discovered it had cost me around £20 after 2 months !!
Don't recall how I originally started getting these texts but I'm sure I wouldn't have agreed to them had I known, even if they were free.

Thank God for this site..... these messages have been driving my grand daughter mad! As well as draining her credit which goes in out of her pocket money....She has a phone so she can contact her Dad 9( who doesn't live with her), and his parents  when she wants.  It is abominable that these services can just piggy back into phones and claim they have been activated.  Trust me there is no way she could have done this on her own!

Recently my wife and I both got identical new phones with Tmobile.  We set them up both the same but mine has been receiving these Lotto and Haiti Help txts from 3030 while my wife's has not.  Have just cancelled it using the 89030 number.  It does work, I received a txt straight away saying I was now unsubscribed though it did not mention Tmobile's name at all.  I certainly never subscribed to this service - or any other come to that.  How can they do this?  I think it's disgraceful.  I wouldn't have found out until my monthly bill came in as I am not a Pay as You Go customer so very grateful to this site.

Same thing has happened to my elderly auntie who has found it really distressing.  She has no idea how she subscribed. I'd really like to know who to complain formally to so it can be stopped once and for all. Annie

I got a reply message that reads:

er zijn 30!! sms berichtjes gestuurd waarschijnlijk door 3030, ze kosten E 1,50 per stuk, mijn prepaid kaart staat nu ruim 40 euro negatief, welk bedrijf is dat die zoveel smsjes stuurt terwijl ik ze niet kan lezen, ik ben mooi mijn geld kwijt, graag reactie

I just tried 89030 but got  a failed send message. Tried again this time no message? Maybe it got through?

How much do these 3030 messages cost anyway?

I have been getting ones for the lottery three days a week for months but i don't normally top up or use my phone that often but get a message saying service i ordered has failed from 3030.

Does this mean when i do put credit on phone i pay for all the previous 3030 messages that failed before?

how much does the 89030 number cost to send? I just sent one. Got no confirmation. Have only £1.20 on phone so is that enough?

I have just discovered my son has been getting these messages daily costing him (me) 17p each time.  He replied to a question on TV as to who was going to win the world cup, you had to text your answer then these stupid texts started. Thanks to this site I have managed to stop them.

Romantic text messages were being sent tomy mum's phone, something she had not even subscribed.  She was using the phone for emergency and when in real need she realised all her credit had been used up by this ridiculous romantic horoscope messages that she had not even subscribed.  What a scam, how can a company like this exist, who is making money from these old pensionsers? i am going to call the authorities and report this.

Can confirm that STOP to 89030 works great. My mum had been getting these, sucking her PAYG credit. Thanks for the help, all!
