My wife, who only uses her phone for making/receiving calls, started getting Romantic messages, horoscopes and music. Went into the t-mobile shop and their man said she had signed up for the service. Not so. He removed it, so he said, but now the phone informs her that she has insufficient credit to access the music service. No, it has all been stolen. Avoid t-mobile. About to see if 89030 works.

Me and my friend Georgi thought it wud b fun to get a horoscope from my T-mobile fone so we went on Interactive, then horoscopes then romantic then aquarius then text today only, and now they send me one EVERYDAY!!!

I've gone on stop texts but it says "FREESMG you are not subscribed to any services."

How do i stop these texts???

send a new text containing 'stop' to 3030.

Hi was reciveing horoscope and lottery messages from 3030 on T Mobile have sent stop 89030 and they have stopped the horoscope ones but still receiving lottery. i have also tried 'sto' to 3030 and came back message failed. Any ideas how to stop this. have put complaint into T mobile and awaiting their responce.

my grandaughter recived a message from 3030 and opened it once opened it keeps sending messages and cost you 23p credit every message and it dosnt matter if phone is switched off ,its no good getting intouch with tmobile as they wont take responcability so i told my grandaughter to ring all her friends use up her credit and change to a better network tmobile/orange are the only networks this scam works as o2 talkmobile,vodaphone listen to their customers, if you want to stay with tmobile open one of the messages and reply STOP this somtimes works

I received a joke by text on 3030 and after looking at this website I texted "STOP".  I received a reply which reads "Thank you. You are now unsubscribed from T-Mobile Chatup Lines. Go to www.t-zones.co.uk for full list of services".

I haven't signed up for any texts particularly chat up ones !!  Believe a scam who is trading on T-Mobile's name

Have just found out have been scammed by 3030 number, number I have (allegedly) called & charged 20p a time for is 700001354-all romantic(?) content over several days.tried texting Stop 89030 but no acknowledgement. Will try T-mobile

Within days of buying a new T-mobile PAYG SIM card I, too, started receiving these texts. I found this immensely annoying, because a) I knew I had not opted-in to any such subscription, b) the content was inappropriate and c) my account was being depleted by 20p per text.

I called T-mobile and they confirmed that this is the work of unscrupulous third-parties, who randomly send out these texts. If your number is a hit, they are quids in. It's outright theft in my opinion, but it's apparently legal.

Anyway, T-mobile blocked such numbers and reimbursed me over and above my losses, so I can't fault them.

i want to stop getting messages fro 3030 i have not asked for these my credit is being used up and i tried sending stop to 3030 & 89030 without success surely this practise is unlawful. i want it stopped

My son started getting horoscope readings from 3030 on his T-Mobile PAYG, sucking all his credit.  Found this site and tried the STOP to 89030.  Straight away got a message back saying he was unsubscribed, so seems to work.  Thanks for the tip!  No clues how it all started... he was fiddling...

I keep recieving texts from 3030, telling me about david cameron and murdock - how do I get it to stop it's so frustrating!

I would like to understand how 3030 is activated? Does anyone know? Have just text 89030 hopefully this will correct the issue,cost me a fortune

I am getting 3030 message almost everyday but I am unable to open and view, who is sending this message.

My daughter who is 8 keeps getting the same message from 3030 and I have just sent a STOP message to 89030 and it was some music down load site! Then found another one for 3030 which was a joke site so have stopped that too!

Who do I sue to get my money back from 3030 texts that I never asked for.
If anyone wishes to take joint action against 3030 I am willing to join . The more that join the greater legal
voice we will have against the low life s.
