Fraud!!!!!!

I received a call from this number suggesting legal action would be taken against me but couldn't get anyone to answer my return calls.  Filed complaint on FTC website once I searched the number on-line and it came back as a possible scam.

I just got to my office and found a message pending from this number from a David Taylor
he said he was with the Legal Dept for BCS,and that it was regarding a personal buisness matter

Received calls this morning at 7:28, 7:29, 7:30 & 7:31.  Left a voice mail message that was very garbled and hard to understand. Said his name was David and he was calling from the Legal Dept of ACS.  He had an extremely thick India accent.  Sounded like the call came from a cell phone.  Caller ID showed up as 000, but call back number in VM message was 631-209-6009. Of course, I didn't call back.

He started calling my cell again at 8:34, 8:35 & 8:36 a.m.   This time I had a little fun with him and every time called, I would pick-up and then wait about 5 seconds and hang-up.  Can't leave me a message that way :)  This guy needs to find a corner and rot in hell.

I have been receiving phone calls from this phone number. After muliple times of trying to get through I finally did, however the person who answered was unwilling to help me out for further information regarding the debt.  In fact they were VERY rude. I asked for a physical address and they said they don't have one. hmmmm....interesting that a place of business does not have a physical address. When I asked for documentaion verifying the debt they said it was an unsecured loan and they don't have any documentation.  Be aware that if ANY company is asking you for money to "collect a debt" they are required to produce documentation that proves the debt.  (At least this is the case in AZ) These people have ALOT of personal information on me and it is definetely a scam.  I will be reporting them to my local police department.  I suggest anyone else who receives phone calls from this number do the same.

This person called me from this number sais his name was Danile Smith  but he had a strange voice, he sounded like he was calling from a street corner, is was concerning a legal matter but it wasn't personal I don't understand this.  If you are calling about a debit you need to say where the debit it from or who it from

I got a call from this number at work and they told one of my employees I was a fraud and a legal matter.  .Said his name was Daniel Smith

I received a call identical to the one about a legal action being filed against my name and number. It came in as a number in Tarpon Springs Fl. The number they left for me to call was this one.Voice sounded foreign with a lot of noise in the background. She said God Bless at end of call. What bill collector does that? I think it is a scam.

631 209 6009; dont worry about calling them back, its a bogus set up of call operators who locate your number via sign-ups for loans, or simply your facebook page, make sure your info is available to "only you" that way if u list your phone number, people on the outside of facebook cant get it (same goes for twitter ect). I asked for the name of the company, and of course i get this bogus a** story on what the company is, telling me there is foreign activity on my back account.....child please!! I look at my account everyday and no such business is conducted as they claimed. I dont know what crack pipe they smokin but keep on smokin bby you aint get shyt from me LOL...........just be cautious. DO NOT give them no information on you. In fact they called my phone number asking for my 10 yr old son. Dont sweat the call, there simply spammers tryin to find that weak individual to buy there crap and send them money. You know these Nigerians have those call centers packed with folk. They have a USA call back number when the call center is located in Lagos Nigeria, thats why you cant understand them.

i also wanted to add how does this happen? the usa phone number.......they find a good canidate from the usa who is on a dating site and they of course give them a hum drum story which the person buys because the "love" them and "soon" be with them "loving them forever" ....... see how handy the copy and paste functions work LOL
these individuals send money or even a cell phone from here (they prefer ones with sims cards) that way they swap the sims card for there local carrier able to call the usa. there call center has what is known as a "hub" on that cell phone. they have those landlines connected to the hub, when u call that usa number you are calling that hub they are connected to and all of there phones ring, so whomever is available will answer that call. they will even go to the extent of buying a cell phone in the usa, sending it to that "love of there life" and that person then forwards the cell to them.......what time they invest for a scam....go get real jobs like we do here in the USA.
I have alot of info yes, my sister got scammed big time with them, so back tracking this is the information I found, and of course talking to some people over time with there experiences

This guy with a funny accent has been calling me for months saying that legal action has been filed against my name and SS # but he refuses to send me anything in writing. He's calling my job and cell nonstop.

I got 2 calls on my work cell phone from a foreign woman possible indian decent. She said the same thing that there is a pending legal action against me. I told her that to send me what she has in the mail and also told her that she is a scam artist and that i have already reported them to the attorney generals office, the ftc and the fbi they hung up so fast. Go bug someone else!

I was asked to call this number and they told one of my employees I was a fraud and a legal matter. They tried to scare me and when I said they are scam, they started calling me until I receive their call. They are a** hole people. But then I acted smart and chased them with the help of one of my friend who is expert in Information Technology. Found some info about them. They are call center in India place called Navsari. When I googled it I found name of company and address.

this person with a very strong accent caled me several times this week and last, then left a msg for me to contact them back. 6312096009 was left as a callback #
so I called and he stated h had sent information to my home address as well as work place I should know what he is talking about.
first of all, I am self employed and have moved. if they have completed a skip trace on me they could find me accordingly.

Someone woman named jessica Schull called my work & said it was regarding my ss#, my employment & a lawsuit. My friend  called me @ home & told me this: She was very rude when speaking to her & at the end she said God Bless. She said that this "jessica" was from pcs.

Suffol County Long Island is permiated with financial and legal fraud. Collection fraud, identity theft. insurance fraud.
The stupid accent is because they use Spoof Cards voice changers.
Don't bother trying to report this to any New York agency. I tried that an found thy are involved in the fraud big time.

I have been receiving numerous calls nonstop on my cell phone and my job. The person claims to be officer jay williams from a New York state investigations office and if I don't return his call immediately he will have the sheriffs department of my hometown come and arrest me. I called the number back stating to them to please stop calling my phone and I don't know who they are looking for. And all I get back from them is a "who the F--- are you" that is their reply. I have reported this numerous times the do not call does not work. They start calling which comes up restricted if I change my number it will cost me. Why should I have to pay to change my number for these harrassing calls?!!!

Second time these people have called me saying i was going to get arrested if i didnt pay a defaulted payday loan. proble is ive never defaulted before

They call me three two four times a day and tell me that I'm going to jail for fraud bevause I got a payday loan well I know as well. That the loan company has to take me to. Court trfied of thes3e scammers

Received call from a person by the name of Chris Rene stating his has legal case against me on my social security number he is from Prestidge consolidation service about a payday loan back in 2011 I asked for what day and he could not tell me told him i would check my bank statement and call him back.
