Pressed 1 to talk with agent and as soon as I asked to be removed from their call list, the bum hung up on me. If you try to call, the line disconnects you.

- dude| 1 replyThe only relief from these idiots is to get a phone with auto reject. I tried asking nicely to be removed, cursing, blasting an airborne in the live reps ear. Nothing worked until I changed phones. Samsung galaxy is what I use, but I'm sure others will work.

- KeriI got this call this morning. I was actually out helping a neighbor get their car out of the snow so I didn't actually get the call, but I have found something that stops the call quickly. Press one for the operator and when one comes on the line blow a really loud whistle into the phone. No, it isn't very nice, but since I am on the do not call list and I don't own any credit cards it isn't any ruder than them calling me. I only get one call from them. They don't call back for at least a couple of months.

If you are on this site you have likely been called by a telemarketing agency who is not following the rules. You may have received a call in which there was no answer, talk to an agent who hung up on you when you asked who they were, or are on the do not call list.

History: After considerable effort to determine who was responsible for the calls a trail lead to a company headed by Kimberly Coarse. While the her organization does not directly call individuals the company does use services from organizations that do. The people who make the calls take your information then route you to a company that will service you, that's how they get paid. So while a company that services your call did not make the call, they directly benefit from such tactics as robo calling.
