Cardmember services or account services or whatever.  In any case I don't need help with my credit card, I know they aren't associated with my credit card company, and they won't stop calling.  I hate them.

Multiple calls each day! I use this number for business. SUPER annoying and each time I hit O# for operator I am disconnected. If I hit appropriate  #' for a representative and say "please remove me from your call list" they immediately hang up.

Received a call 12/18/2013 - lousy Cardmember Services telemarketing scammers trying do their dirty deed.  My number is on DNCL, but still they call.  Pressed 1 to talk with agent and as soon as I asked to be removed from their call list, the bum hung up on me.  If you try to call, the line disconnects you.

The usual call from a number unknown to me. Didn't answer it. No message left. Called back: disconnected, moved, unknown. Will add yo my lengthy list of solicitors.

I am so sick of these people calling me from Cardmember Services.

I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and it seems like it does no good with these people.  I've reported their prior numbers but now they are switching them up.  

I held once and got a person and then asked them to take me off of their list and they flatly hung up on me.

The only relief from these idiots is to get a phone with auto reject. I tried asking nicely to be removed, cursing, blasting an airborne in the live reps ear. Nothing worked until I changed phones. Samsung galaxy is what I use, but I'm sure others will work.

We're on the DNC List, but it doesn't matter because it is not regulated nor pursued when you make an official FCC complaint.  I just thank GOD for my iphone's Block caller feature!  Makes it nice until they get a new number!  then we get to go thru this all over again!!!

Area code is in N Dakota. Don't know anyone there and my cell phone number was not given to anyone but family. Didn't answer but now they're on my Reject Call list.

I got this call this morning.  I was actually out helping a neighbor get their car out of the snow so I didn't actually get the call, but I have found something that stops the call quickly.  Press one for the operator and when one comes on the line blow a really loud whistle into the phone.  No, it isn't very nice, but since I am on the do not call list and I don't own any credit cards it isn't any ruder than them calling me.  I only get one call from them.  They don't call back for at least a couple of months.

Called again and did not leave a message again!

i got a live person and then i told them i was masturbating, i said some pretty raunchy stuff and they never called back.

This number bothers me calling.

If you are on this site you have likely been called by a telemarketing agency who is not following the rules. You may have received a call in which there was no answer, talk to an agent who hung up on you when you asked who they were, or are on the do not call list.

What will be done with your information: It will be gathered with other individuals and submitted to the agency to provides these kinds of services. They will be able to search their systems to see who made calls out to you. Once enough data is collect this should help them determine who it is abusing the system and put a stop to it.

History: After considerable effort to determine who was responsible for the calls a trail lead to a company headed by Kimberly Coarse. While the her organization does not directly call individuals the company does use services from organizations that do. The people who make the calls take your information then route you to a company that will service you, that's how they get paid. So while a company that services your call did not make the call, they directly benefit from such tactics as robo calling.
