It is Citi Cards telling me I'm late on a payment even though I paid it 3 days ago on their website. They call non stop!

IT IS CITI CARDS, JUST PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME AND YOU WONT GET ANY CALLS,

my payments are on time (auto deducted, CAN'T be late) and I just got a call. Didn't answer it and of course they didn't leave a message, so I came here looking to see who it was.

There is no money owing to citi cards here--yet they have the nerve to call on the Sabbath about something either in error or a marketing ploy.  I am fed up with foreign cultures within and without this country who refuse to honor OUR Sabbath traditions.  There are 6 other days in a week you can make these bothersome calls---not on a SUNDAY!!!!!

Got several calls at work - annoying.  Finally answered and it was as a previous commenter stated:  review of account was positive, after auto payment program, eligible for lower interest rate and back to current status, etc.  Asked why they didn't just leave a message, and basically it is a computer dialer that can't.  Makes me wonder if it was really Citi, but they already had all of my personal contact, DOB and SS information so if it is a scam, there was no reason to call me to verify anything.  I guess we will find out soon enough...

Just got a call from Citi bank they area annoying..

So I know its Citi Bank and I know what its about, because I have a payment plan now set up to pay of my card (long story of me being dumb about my credit card), but when I answer the phone nothing happens, not a please hold message, nothing. Its quite frustrating when they call me 2+ times a day and I try and answer and nothing happens.

It's citibank.  Once they called me to thank me for paying my bill on time.  They called 7 times to say that.  If they're calling you, just answer because they don't give up.

We have been receiving calls from this number for months

They just called me. Actually very nice. I am on a payment plan with them and they thanked me for my payments the last few months. Said once the payment plan ends, the card will actually be re-opened at lower interest rate. very professional

Same here we are drafted and they still call saying we underpayed our minimum or something. Ups our rate and go through hell getting rate fixed again.

7 day's a week, 4 times a day. I pick up and they hang up. What the #$%$ up with that ? It gets old Iend up unplugging my phone

They keep calling, after being polite with me, they want to talk to my husband about reopening the account, they have left their number a few times, but keep calling.. dont you think WE would call back if that is what we want.

Just want them to PLEASE STOP!!!  all hours and days... even Sunday.. now come on already!!!

well, just realizes SAME people calling my cell phone and home phone.. enough is enough... is this not harassement!!!  STOP!!! I dont even answer anymore.. makes no diff if you do or not,, they keep calling.....

i get his calls 3 times a day, and yes its citicards.

This is Citicards-even if you are current you may be getting called like I did up to 6 times a day for a month. I called the number back today and actually got a human on the line. They did not know why they were calling(of course) and asked if I had an account with Citi(sears, diners, homedepot, ect)....he transferred me to home depot and the reason they are calling is to offer to re-open the account that is closed and I am on a payment plan trying to pay off. I said NO THANKS! and will you now stop calling me?? I was told the calls would stop-we'll see.

I HAD an account with CITI cards.   I don't any longer.  Correction: I don't want one.  We're working on going debt free and they refuse to close the account.   They've called me 8 times today.  I answered and told them to stop on teh second call and they called back 6 more times.   WAnting to lower my interest rate.   CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.  What's to understand?

They start calling in the morning and 2 to 3 times a day.
Caller ID just says Kentucky.
We do have a citi account and they just doubled our interest rate for no
reason attributed to us. I will answer next time.
