this is Sirius Sat Radio,   they are calling me to try to get me to reactavate my readio's that I used to have with them

Called me for 3 months. When I finally answered the woman claimed to be from Sirius Radio and wanted me to renew my subscription. Did not ask me to verify any account information, just wanted credit card information from me. I do not think this is a legitimate rep for Sirius.

About 6 weeks before my subscription ran out I was recieving at least 6-7 calls a week.
I have answered their call (Sirius radio) before and told them NO Thanks for renewal!!
However, now they continue to call about 2-3 times a week.

Its Sirius....call 888-440-6342 to be put on their do not call list.

Brian is correct (see comment on 12/30/08).  This is Sirius Radio and if you call 888-440-6342 you can stop their marketing calls.

I receive calls almost daily from this # and I have answered them once.  I told them I was not interested in renewing their service. That was over three weeks ago. They continue to call during the day and evenings.

I receive calls every couple of days from 866-301-7344.  I have canceled my membersip with Sirius a month ago and asked that they stop calling me.  What can I do.

866-301-7344 called me every single day (sometimes more than once a day) as soon as the free six months of Sirius satellite radio that I got with my new car ran out.  I tried that other 800 number that supposedly takes you off of their call list, and that worked initially, but the calls started again a week later.  What finally stopped them once and for all was when I contacted Verizon and had their number blocked from calling me.  If you have Verizion Wireless, they allow you to block up to 5 numbers for free.  I am sure many other phone companies offer similar features.  Definitely the way to go, they cannot call and harass you any more if they are blocked by the phone company from doing so.

I called 888-440-6342 and stopped their marketing calls using their automated opt out service.  Hope it works!

This number has been calling my phone at least once a day and will not stop.  I did a google search and found this site and called the opt-out number just now. We'll see if it works..  

Also, Sirius contacted me about 4 weeks prior to the expiration of my subscription, and I told them NO NO NO I did not want to renew.  I looked at my credit card statement this week, and noticed they charged my credit card the renewal fee anyhow!!! I called up and was on hold for over an hour.  They gave me the run-around and first denied they did this, but then later admitted they did and that it was an "error".   The woman said she'd give me 2 months free of Sirius for my "aggrevation" and I told her no because then they'd try to pull this again on me when those 2 months were up!    She said she was refunding my credit card for the amount they charged and that everything was settled.     I checked my credit card statement 2 days later, and realized they only credited part of what they charged me, so I called them back again.   After waiting 20 minutes I finally got to talk to another service rep who told me that half of the credit was issued as a "service credit" and that I will receive free sirius service for half of what they charged my credit card for, and the other half went back to my card.   I told them ABSOLUTELY NOT!    After fighting back and forth, they finally put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back saying my credit card will now be refunded for the full amount.  I'll believe it when I see it and I'll be checking my credit card statement today to make sure they did as promised.

I just recieved another phone call from Sirius Radio. As usualI wrote down the number from my caller id and called them. I was given number to call to get added to their do not call list. It is 1-888-440-6342 for those who don't know and want to stop the calls. Just wanted to pass this along. They will tell you to press 7 and you are done.

I have spoken with Sirius and told them I'm not interested...but they keep calling, and calling, and calling, and calling. This is ridiculous.

I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  Repeat this process several times a day.  I was a long time customer with them and unfortunately had to cancel.  If my phone keeps ringing I will NEVER go back.

I just emailed the FCC about this.  I've used their automated system and repeatedly asked the representatives that call me to remove my number.  Each time, a new person says he or she will remove my number, meaning that it has not already been removed.  I'm tired of all the phone calls.

Call 888-440-6342 to make it stop.

I've called their (Sirius) automated service to stop the telemarketer calls, and I've also called and spoken to a rep, but the calls keep coming. They have called me more than 300 times in the past couple of months.

What a horrible company!

we've NEVER had sirius before! they call my husband and i every night while we are ASLEEP!
