    They truly are the most annoying company in the world. I had two receivers with them and stopped using one of them so I sent and email begging them to cancel that receiver without me having to call in,  Sure enough they sent an email back saying I had to call a special number.  I knew I was going to have to set aside some time to make this call, but I didn't realize it would take an hour and a half.  The first rep I talked to took all my information so I thought this would take care of it but then he said he couldn't cancel subscriptions so he was going to transfer me. Huh???? A second rep answered after about 20 minutes, but the only thing he told me was that he could not help and he would have to transfer me to the department that cancels subscriptions. I tried to talk to him, but he just talked over me and before I knew I was on hold again. WTF???? I actually put my phone on speaker drove to the drug store to pick up a prescription and waited in the car before I went in.  At this point I was furious and 45 minutes after the second transfer I finally got the department that could take care of me, I was so mad that I told him I was canceling both receivers just on principal.  I finally calmed down enough to accept his offer renewing the second receiver at half price.  He was very good at his job, which was putting out unnecessary fires. Basically when you call the cancellation line you go to India, then I believe you go somewhere in the Far East, and if you wait long enough you get the good ol USA.  I have worked in a call center before so I actually had some pity for him, because the only people he dealt with were irate.  He did give me a satisfactory answer to the wait times not being a ploy to get customers not to cancel.  Too long to go into, but I did make him aware that appearance were everything and made the whole company look shady.  Basically, they are organized very poorly and the third world call centers are basically upstarts so they eff up a lot. Didn't mean to write this long, but I just got a call from this number and Googled it and ended up here.

    I called the 888# from the phone that used to be on my Sirius account and their automated message tells me that they don't have my phone number in their records. Of course, I had just received a call from them not minutes prior to that.

    I've gotten these calls for the last few days after renewing my service with Sirius last month.  I've never had a problem with them until now.  Just called them at the 888-440-6342 "Sirius Marketing" number listed on several other posts.  Initially it says the number I'm calling from does not match their records and to please enter my number.  Hmmmm  -  is this how they get MORE numbers to call?!?  Hopefully not and the calls will stop.

    Who own's the major stock in Sirius? Howard Stern. Deluge his porn radio show with complaints and maybe then will you see change. He was great in the 80's but has worn out his welcome decades ago, he's old news. Or, find your state or US Senator's office and tell Sirius that is your new number, watch how fast Sirius 'gets the message'!

    I am fully paid up on a 3-year subscription, but they keep calling my cell about a previous account on a leased car that I no longer drive. I have told them this twice by phone, yet I keep getting threatening emails and daily calls.

    The 888 number listed on the first page does not work, a recording says that the "service" is not available.

    This is bizarre, annoying and stupid.

    the only way i found to get them to cancel my account, after requests, was to (from a different incident) report my credit card that is on file with them as stolen and request a new card number.  sirius will still renew you, but not be able to collect and after a month of calls and emails - none of which get anywhere because they keep transferring you to someone "who can help" - they turn off your service.

    they just called again today after not having to hear from them in weeks, and the number listed above no longer works to get yourself removed from their list.

    I cancelled my service after the 5 months free. They had already billled my credit card for the next month and agreed to reverse that charge. Based upon what I have read below that may have never actually occured - I'll for check. And now nuisance phone calls asking me to reup. My satellite radio had sat unused in a box for over a year and I only reactived it after taking a new job where I needed headphones to cancel the office noise and getting the five months free email. The PREVIOUS time I had used it they infuriated me forever screwing up my billing and I told them they had the worst customer service I had ever encountered and it would be cold day in h... before I resubsrcibed. I had heard XM bought them out and was hoping that things had improved. Evidently not.... The do not call number touted below is no longer in service it seems

    they calls and hang up before I answer. I do not have a contract with this company. If I call them back they got my name and said you don't have an account with them and just ignore them. They stop calling. I thought that was it . They called back  said they tried to chare my credit card and it would not go thru . They said they have an old credit card number I need to give them payment .do have an account with them . Is this fraud or what .I won't answer the phone now , they call at 4:30 am and 7:55 am everyday now .

    This company has billed my credit card for years . I tell my credit card company do not pay them and I get credit after 2 months because this company did not answer the dispute on time . After years of this my credit card company said just cancell all contracts with them and get a new credit card number and cancell the old card . I did that so they can not charge this new card . this company sent my credit card company papers and said I agreed several years ago to a contract with auto billing . They never sent papers with my signature and they said it was done over the phone years ago . this been going on for 3 years . try to check your credit report .

    Sirius Radio, we cancelled our subscriptions for both of my SUVs. I talked to the rep. and told him that we werent interested. They keep calling, what part dont they understand that we're not interested. Its very annoying.

    This is Sirius radio.  I had a year subscription but then went to quarterly when I bought new radios.  They didn't cancelemy yearly automatically, I had to call back twice to deactivate it.  When I finally handled that they tried to get me into another subscription!!  I already have the quarterly!  I love the service but the reps are clueless!  Now I'm getting mailers and phone calls.  I'm a subscriber leave me alone.

    Called me for 3 months. When I finally answered the woman claimed to be from Sirius Radio and wanted me to renew my subscription. Did not ask me to verify any account information, just wanted credit card information from me. I do not think this is a legitimate rep for Sirius.
