Called A few times and never lefted a msg. Not sure why they are calling, Maybe it a promo.

keep getting calls all hours of day and night and weekends! answered phone only get silence.

Calling for Capital One

They didn't leave a message.They call three times a day on an average.

Calls at least 10 times a day it is NCO Financial calling on behalf of Capital One. Our company account is only 1 week late on one payment and they continue to hound us even after speaking with a representative. If you do not answer they will not leave  a message they will just keep calling and calling. Even when you do answer they still call so they are going to hound and hound regardless.......

Female with an asian accent called and stated that my wife had a balance due on her credit card.  Funily enough, when I called Capital One to verify this suspicious number, even though it wasn't theirs, they didn't care if it was a scam because I was not one of their customers.  And now certainly never will be.

They just called me on Memorial Day!!!  Come on - you have nothing better to do than harass people on a National Holiday?!!  I think I'll report them to the FTC just for this reason.

Same here - they called at 8:24am on Memorial Day.  I have never done (nor will I ever do) business with them.  There's plenty of other reasons they're known everywhere as "Crapital One".

Just again too, when we were about to sit down to our picnic!!  I cannot stand this anymore!!  I'm absolutely fed up!!  I can't even enjoy a holiday from work.

I'm going to see if I can sue them or not!!  I'm absolutely peeved.  This is so unfair cause nobody called me Saturday or Sunday of this week.  They're probably some idiot from India!!

I did just call them and it's a recorded message from Capital One.  I DO have two overdue accounts with them, but it's ridiculous that they call on Memorial Day and leave no message.  I'm definitely going to start keeping track just in case.  If these calls continue after I'm formally in debt consolidation, I'm going off on them!!

I received this toll free call, and then returned the call.  A recorded message stated "Capital One, please record your 16 digit account number." I promptly hung up.  I'm not sure it is capital one.  If it was they would first leave a message, mail the info, but never just call and then hang up.  Plus, they would have your account number.  Just need to verify it with them reading it to you.  I refuse to answer ANY calls unless I know the caller.  They give up after a while.

called for my sister who has never lived in this state or even our house. If I am correct they are also calling her about an account she was an authorized user on about 5 years ago- the account holder was granted bankrupticies but they keep calling my sister lying about the laws saying she is now responsible. She was never an account holder- just a user. The thing that bothers me is we are on a do not call list- have nothing to do with this account, sister has never lived here or used this number for contact- especially since its brand new as we just bought a house and had to go with a new number and they called us on a holiday- 3 times and we picked up every time told them wrong number but they keep calling anyway. We had a captial one card in very good standing- high credit low balance- when I heard what they were doing to my sister I closed it. A week later the phone calls started.

They called my mother today asking for my future mother in law. Not even a relative yet and they are calling. Don't know how they made the connection, as they haven't even met eachother, let alone know eachother's phone numbers. I just hope they don't call repeatedly even when my mother told them that she didn't know her.

I received a call at 8:00 AM on a Sunday morning.  I have never had an account with Capital One and have no accounts in arrears.  I thought this had been resoved six months ago but apparently the asian girl didn't receive the memo.  Next call that I receive will prompt my call to a lawyer for a harrassment suit.  I'm penalized because they're looking for someone named Dodson.

Calling me early on a Sunday morning and asking for my daughter who does not even live with me! How did they get my # under her name? I trust her and know she did not give them my # so how did they get it!

They've been calling me every day on my cell phone.  They also call from (866)929-5306. If it is from Capital One, I don't know how they got my cell phone # because I've never given it to them.  It's annoying.

I recieved a call at 8am,on a Sunday from this number. I quickly called it back and a recording came on saying it was capital one. When asked for a card # I just kept putting 1's in, after that a rep. came on the phone and I informed them I do not have an account with them, and never have. She quickly apoligized and put it in the system that my cell number was a wrong number. Its been 2 weeks now, and they've stopped calling, so I guess it worked!

this # has called me for a couple weeks now. If it's for capital one then why are they calling me?! I'm only 14!!It makes no sense!

They call several times each day and don't leave a message.  When I did answer it was a male with a Accent.  I could only understand that he was calling for Capital One.
I don't have a Capital One account and I never had.  Nor, will I ever.  
What they do is google, or yahoo a name and harass anyone that has that name.  
I will be filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection.  This has happened before and the Attorey Generals office has put a stop to it fast.
