If you are getting calls to you cel phone, you can sue. If you were at a picnic I assume is was a cell.

REVENGE - If you want to have some revenge on those harassing calls, right as you answer not say anything until a person comes online and then state the date, time and number calling and then tell them that you are recording the call.  In Minnesota this is legal no matter what they say as they do not want to be recorded. They will tell you that you cannot do this and you can then tell them the MN laws permit you to do so. Tell them to talk to you or hang up. If they try to transfer you to a higher up just tell them to have the supervisor call you and hang up.  Very few of these callers will talk to you while being recorded so they cannot give you any message.  Enjoy.

Have getting call from this number several times a day with no messages. Answered it onceand no one was on the other end. Am getting tired of this.

I was at Dr's office and my cell phone kept ringing...until I picked it up....no one spoke anything:( It was NO one on my phone list.

no such person live here.  i think they just make up a name and hit any number to see if they can scam anyone.  don't give out personal info.

Paid them call every couple of hours. As every as 8:00 AM also. This is crazy they are paid.

They are still at it! An East India sounding man asking for my deceased mother, Mary...hmmm she never used my phone# for any reason. Can't phish her...Mary is in Heaven. I believe this to be a scam# be careful!

They are calling for someone else and I have told them numorous times they have the wrong number but they still call 5 times a day...

These people call all hours of the day and night. They call several times a day. Can hardly speak English. They like to harrass anyone they talk to. They also call from 757 483 4840.

it was Capital One they did not leave a message

It's Capital One, but no reason is given for the call.  So I called the same number back, and just pressed "0" until I got an operator.  Told him I get like 50 calls a freaking day from this number, and he claimed he'd have me removed from their auto-dialing list.

stop calling my number, please!  I don't know who you are.  If you can't put who you are calling on caller id than you are not legite and are very close to being reported for harassment.  I have a record of times you have called and will turn it over to local authorities.

They say capitol one, but they call from all kinds of different numbers. the hell if i'm going to give them my credit card number. and I know i'm not late with a payment. i want these calls to stop already. atleast i have block calls on my phone. i can do that.

No one at this number has a capitol one card.  They call all the time and never leave a message, even on weekends.
