The voice message cuts off and not complete

This is an attempt of fraud. They have been calling me claiming to be collecting a debt of a card that I have never owned and they keep asking me personal information. Do not give them any information.

a recived a call from jim [***] at vcs and he did speak to my attorney to help me avoid a civil judgement beong placed on my credit support at first i did not believe him but it was a true so dont be caught up on what you read from budd hibbs because he is a liar and he bashes every place that collects un paid bills

VCS called me and said I needed to call immediately in regards to a 'case' and then gave my address, but never said my name.  I thought it was a scam as the case #'s are so close to other ones reported in the last month from another website.  Melissa is who called me and said that I needed to help them answer a few case questions.  Whatever.

This company is a scame - they are liers and they are just trying to collect on some old debt that people might owe -- they were very rude, swore and everything. They would not send any paperwork in the mail. They would not give a street address as to where they were located.  They gave an internet site and when you click on contact us the give no phone # or address of where they are located.  ALL IT IS IS A BIG FAT SCAM -.. what is wrong with this world today-- users, scammers and cheaters -- when are people going to get some pride and integrity back to make this world a better place.  Taking advantage of elderly people and trying to scare them they ought to be ashamed of themselves.  Do not give them any information -- they are users and cheaters.

Here are the real facts on this Phone #.. It belonges to Vision Credit Soulutions. the ARE THE REAL DEAL.. I read this same information that everybody wrot on theese measage bords and tried to ingnore the calls from this company.. I dont know how..  but they found where i work and contacted my place of employment and issued them a Garnishment order to be attached to my wages...  because i ingnored there calls and letters they aquired a judgemnent against me for an old credit card bill. I am now being garnished for 25% of my income on an amount that is 4 times what i could have paid if I would have listened to them and worked with them....  dont make th same mistake I did. I am struggleing to get by now and was forced to get a second job to support my family. YES THEY ARE SCUM..  but I learned the hard way how scummy they can be....

Here we go again…another slimy, illegal bottom feeder operation has popped up in Buffalo, NY trying to collect on old, worthless, out of statute debts. Owner Jamie P. Belstadt, a retread of the collection business is trying to collect on debts that are 8+ years old. The documents we saw appear to have been produced by a second grader.

John D. Yim, 36, of North Tonawanda, NY, Vice President of another junk debt buyer called CNE Associates; LLC is churning out the phony documents. Vision Credit Solutions, LLC and CNE Associates, LLC show NOT to have any debt collection license or Surety Bond in any state we checked.

In his phony paperwork, collector Yim refers to the consumer as a ‘defendant’ which appears to violate federal law. His ridiculous form would be better suited as toilet paper than anything worthy of validity. It is pure garbage, nothing he states is true, he makes statements that false, misleading and appear to violate federal law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

All of these bogus organizations are nothing more than smoke and mirrors to intimidate, harass, lie and mislead consumers into thinking they owe money on worthless accounts. This is typical ‘Buffalo Style’ debt collections that we’ve seen dozens of times.

These organizations are operating illegally, the accounts have no validity, and the statements they make are false, misleading and ripe with lies. John D. Yim has no idea of what he is doing; Vision Credit (started April 2008) and owner Jamie P. Called and stated I had a returned check with name and social security # attached to it. I needed to call Joseph Strauss (?sp). Sounded very official. However, I do not even have a checking account. So....

Just got the same call with the recording to contact Joseph Strauss (sp?).  Except this recording contacted me on my cell phone.  I have placed my number on the "Do not Call" Registry and have gotten more b.s. calls than I have ever gotten before?  What can I do? File a complaint with the BBB?

These bunch of phonies called and harassed my mother in law on friday.  When I called today, I told the guy that I had already paid off the debt that they were trying to collect on, he was rude, would not let me talk and then hung up. I called the number that was on my mother in laws phone which was a number from Richmond, Va and the guy got really rude and asked me why I had called again and said he was busy and needed to go.  He even told me that he was on the phone with the sherrif's office in order to scare me.  I plan to get in touch with the bbb and the virginia attorney general's office to do something about these guys.

got a call today from this number. Will call them back and let them know I am hip to what they are trying to do. The last time i checked it is against the law for them  to call you at your place of business.

Stacy has been harassing me about a pay day loan that was paid off almost a year ago  She claims is was not and that legal action is going to be taken against me and to avoid my jail time and having my checking account frozen and my income garnished I have to pay 3times what I borrowed  The first time I spoke to her she did scare me and pressured me that I had to do something right then or this would all happen  I gave in and gave her my checking account number to withdraw 3 payments  By the time the second payment came around I had researched and found no validity to her claims so I put a stop payment  She called and said now I have charges of a NSF which is a felony  Well guess what that too is a lie payments over the phone and issued for a future date DO NOT meet the criteria for an NSF and stop payments certainly do not if they did your bank would offer the service  How can these people be in business still they have to be guilty of fruad at least I know they are with me because I actually called and told her not to attempt to access my account but she did that means she was attempting to steal from me and I hope my bank files charges!!!

I defaulted on a online cash advance due to my husband being one of the thousands laid off here in Florida.
They called me on the job, faxed threathning letter to my employer to garnish my wages which my employer does not give out any information and threathen to have me arrested.
I asked numerous times for a statement to show me all the fees and charges they bill me for and as of today 2 months later, I have not received one yet.
They are yelling on the phone but most of all threathen me with my life.

i felt that these people were scams from the beginning...deleice called me lying that i owed a loan for $550 when the loan was really $350.

I received a recorded message from this company stating a matter regarding a returned check.  I returned the call and was informed of a debt that was owed, which was valid.  I proceeded with payment.  I was a little concerned after making the payment so I googled the company and came across tons of remarks, many which questioned whether my decision of making the payment was correct.  I called back and requested a written confirmation statement, which they promptly submitted.  I did not deal with anyone who harrassed me nor was demanding, they did mention something about a civil suit which I believe is their way of trying to intimidate.  After much investigation of this company I am now convinced it is legit.  I'm sure some people have dealt with rude people, unfortunately that is just how some collection agencies work, it's somewhat of a power issue they have.

It is only against the law if you inform them that you can not receive personal calls.

The pay day loans tend to charge all kinds of fees if you fail to pay your loan on time.

Got a call from a restricted number.  The return number they left on my voicemail was from Someone with the last name of Daniford to call him at 877-572-7572 ext 119.  When I called the same voice answered and said he was Benard Smith.  Then he looked up the claim I gave him and he said that James Ferguson called me.  How funny I get 3 different names.  I advised him that I was not paying a dime until I could get proof of the debt and he went on to argue with me that he was going to file charges.  I asked him what proof he had and he stated he did not need proof.  I advised him that if he could not show proof then to no longer call and harrass me because I then would be filing charges on him.

I just got a call/phone message this morning from a Jessica Marchan, stating my case number and that their was allegations of fraud in regards to my name and social security number and that I have 48 hours to comply either myself or my legal representative.  The contact number was 877-572-7572 ext, 114. She was pleasant but I am unsure of why she is calling and don't want to be caught in a scam!!!
