When the call stoped ringing, I received the mail from Lufthansa Service center. In the mail was the message, that the airline agent called me right now, but I was unable to reach and I need to call them back not to this strange number +000000, but to normal one. I called back and the agent confirmed me that she called me a couple minutes ago.

So seems to be that this +000000 is like no-reply number for services.

Please find the man who is calling from number 00000019
