I received a call from this phone number today on my cell, and as I was expecting a call right around this time, I picked it up without looking at the number first. I said "hello" and got no answer, so I looked at my phone (though I'm not sure what I thought that was going to do!) and saw the number. I said "hello" a few more times before an automated female voice said "goodbye" and hung up on me. It was very strange.

This phone numbers a solicitor. They call to see what time of the day you pick up and then they sell that information to businesses.

I just want to ask what country code number have +0000000

This number called with a very rude female voice claiming i called 911 and they r calling me back to check if i am OK.
Then she rudely asked me private info ,name and address.
Most probabely thiefs.

called - i didnt answer- they didn't leave a message, but Caller ID is an email address . Obvious scam/spam

I was expecting a call at 08:30 ,so instead of doing what I usually do, ie pick up rhe handset and put it down straight away (genuine caller will redial) I answered and a young Indian woman gave the name of a company which I did not catch and said she was calling about computer security. I said "No thank you. Goodbye" and hung up. If these Rsoles can circumvent the service I pay for to block anonymous callers then the service is not worth diddly squat and they need to get it up to speed.

You should have invested in a decent Call Blocker then.
