Lets see..... We created a system where criminals and scammers can call at will from india to the usa.....

I called my server 'Talk Talk' and they have provided a call barring system,after these callers have dialed they have given me a number to call immediately after and that number will be barred

Receiving regular calls from 00000000. No one there but after about 30 secs a woman's voice says "thank you for calling"

Received a call on my cell from the 00000000 # was worried because my daughter is in Costa Rica and didn't know if something might have happened to her.  I called Verizon to see if they knew anything about the call.  Was transferred to their global tech.  She said she's received those calls and thought it was from our government or an international call.  Thank you for scaring me even more! So glad I decided to look it up on the internet.  Thank you everyone for putting my mind at ease.

I get this "zerozerozerozerozerozerozerozero" call frequently. If someone knows who or what scum/scam this, I'd like to know ....

i got a 20sec voicemail of them having a conversation just wish i knew what they were saying.

I have received a call from +00000000

someone called a cell phone at midnight, with the number 000=000=0000

They keep calling me from 000 000 0000 i do not answer because i do not know where the call originates from. They call several times a day.. i do not answer calls i do not reconize.

This number calls several times a day.  Very annoying.

It's 1-15 pm Iv'e had 4 calls from this number in 3 days I just let the answer machine cut in they put the phone down. It is very annoying I wish I could find out who they are.

If you get a call and it only lists area code then all zeros it is one of 2 things telemarketers or inmates in using a scam to get minutes on their calling cards by reverse charging on the card. the first is illegal for telemarketers to do. But this is a technology glitch since it is a computer making the call over the internet. Make sure you have your number on the "DO NOT CALL LIST". You have to re list your number on the DO NOT CALL LIST every year.  

Someone from0000000 keep calling my phone and don't say anything and hangs up when i say anything

Answered this call today.  A foreign sounding man said that he had received information about the accident we had registered. I asked him where he got the information.  He replied something to do with the Accident Registration Federation records or along those lines.  I said "Really?" knowing full well that there hasn't been any accident.  At this he just hung up.  I wonder why!?!  

I thought they,d hung up too until the man suddenly spoke.  If it is based in India or somewhere similar, it may just be a delay in the call connection from their automated system.  Whatever it is they are a nuisance!

Ik werd vandaag gebeld door 00000000, vond dit raar en heb niet opgenomen. Heel gek is dat bij mijn gemiste oproepen 00000000 (8 nullen) staat, en dan kreeg ik een bericht dat een correspondent 000000 (6 nullen) me belde zonder een bericht na te laten. Wie of wat is dit?

Finally someone said something after I answer the call. He "middle eastern" accent ask me by name when I told him that was me. He said that my loan I applied for recently been approved. When I told him I never fill out a loan online he just said umm for a long period of time, I guess he was trying to come up with something to say, meanwhile I could hear alot of people talking in the background that made me sad/mad, knowing out of all those phone calls their scamming someone. So my Advice to you is to report and share cause they won't stop unless the government stop them or "we" stop giving our money away! Now I'm not sure if I should block their number or invest in a blow horn.

First call 7:30 am. Called my mother in law at 7:00 am. Called 4 times in last 2 hours. Last time I picked up. Man with foreign voice said he was calling about my computer update for windows. I ask him why he was calling and he hung up
