Who is this number

interestingly I blocked this number and they rang again 3 hrs later!

This number has called a few times this week. No voicemail. Blocked.

i am a very paranoid person and so i normally never answer calls unless they are important. i had actually missed the call and i kind of just went "WHAT THE [***]" because as someone who is very afraid of numbers that are usually impossible to get calls from i kind of freaked out. not sure what it was, because i didnt answer but im not sure if i feel glad or not that i didnt check my phone in time to answer or not

I keep getting calls from this number.

Just got a call from 00000000, are these people stupid thinking I'm going to answer the phone when that obvious and stupid number comes up on my phone, IDIOTS.

Just got a call from the all 0 number. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

No doubt a big scam. I would NEVER answer a call with this on my caller ID. Odd name for caller, too.

Been receiving a series of calls lately from this 'number'.  The 'name' is a VOIP #.  So far, the VOIP #'s have been V71404181900041, V71306084100041, V7130529390041.

Now VOIP# V71601415000041

so a couple days ago i got a call from the number 00000000 and i was hella confused like how can that be a number but as in reading all these comments and how some of them have been reviving them over and over i have a feeling that number might start calling me often

Scammers use numbers like this to both hide who they are and to get people curious enough to see who is calling with a strange number.  As you can see from nearly 60 pages of posts, this works like a charm.

Had received and missed two calls from 0000000000 the day before. Asked to speak with me by name, I asked who it was and he said his name was Derek and that he was calling in regards to a civil complaint that had been filed against me. I immediately hung up at that point.

I received a 000-000-0000 phone calll

Tried to get money for trading markets.
Hmmm would definitely avoid, no need to cold call, if reputable company
