Call from 0000000000 long beach and apparently I won some contest.  Sorry not interested. I'll add the block to my verizon

got a call from this number didn't answer it answer phone switched in but they just hang up, who are they?

Called from a number showing +000000000 yesterday around 4pm didnt answer it no message left. No idea who it might be.

Keep getting calls from +0000000000 fed up and if I could find them would break their legs and arms to stop them ringing

A call from this number both yesterday and today...why do BT allow these spoof numbers through their network ? We should COMPEL them not to allow such blatant scam artists from utilising their network. I take they could if they wanted to, so why on earth isn't someone with authority demanding that they actually do do something !!!? Perhaps the people that make all the rules are BT shareholders, what other reason can there be for allowing this criminality......

I didn't answer the phone but whoever it is has tried twice today.

I received 2 calls today 8/15/13 from a phone number 000000000.  I missed the first one but  answered the second call 5 minutes ago. The caller spoke perfect English.

This is a SCAM of course.

I realize my call came from "Tracking Cookies" on my computer.  

I enter Publishers Clearing House Sweeps every day.  Yesterday I entered the $100,000.to $20,000 contest and had issues with on my computer.  I had to shut down run a scan...it was"Tracking Cookies".  
They get your name address and phone number from what you enter on the internet.

This 000000000 call today was to confirm the entry for winnings.  They used the ID of Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes.  They said I was going to be moved up the winning level.

They asked me if I had a credit card (they named the list)  I said no.  They asked me if I still had a Debit Card...I told them NO.

That was the end of that.  I will not be receiving anymore calls.

I had several calls from said company claiming to be a ppi company based in Manchester they also use other numbers .

This number keeps on calling at all hours, when we answer it they hang up.

i wish they would stop calling, when I answer it goes to a dialing number

Reading previous post, it appears 4 years on, people are still getting calls from this number.

I have calls from this number at 5 times a day, not happy!!

Many times a day this one calls. I tried blocking the number but it also blocked vital hospital calls.

Reported many times, but told TPS cannot trace this number.

Waste of time telling Ofcom, it's not a real number so they don't want to know.

We bought new phones not long ago and always let this go to answering machine, at which point they hang up. Bloody annoying.

Got a call from this number today on my mobile at 10:20. I did not answer the call asi thought it would be someone trying to sell me things I don't want or need.. I have stopped answering our house phone due to the persistent pests.. It's getting ridicules. BTshould step in and sort this harassment.

Got a call from these idiots at approx 10.30 a.m. on my mobile, needless to say, with a number like that I didn't answer it. Also have caller display on home number so we can now see who or what is calling. Caller display has paid for itself in the first week, worth getting.

This number called me twice. Second time I answered and a foreign voice quoted what seems to be a legit charity (Homes4Heroes). Why are they called TPS registered numbers with a hidden number themselves?

Called many times over the last few weeks, no one to speak to, no message, then says "Goodbye" and rings off.

When I answer, no one is on the line...I try to return the call but my phone gives the message:  "Call Restriction - 54".  I get my trac phone thru Safelink.   Got 3 or 4 calls just like this in the past week.  Thanks to all for any input.
