This number continues to call me not saying anything. .a week now with these  weird calls atleast 15 times a day

They call, do not leave message. Tried calling back, got the "this call cannot be completed as dialed" message.

It keeps calling my little cousin and she and I are scared

I keep receiving calls from +00000000 and don't know who is it. Sometimes there is no one at the other end of the line.  I have now blocked it and I am on the telephone preference list but still keep receiving these calls.........................not happy
