he says that my phone was hacked

A long vm with wavering music as if someone butt-dialed me in their car

I got 2 calls from this number 00000000

So how exactly would you return a phone call to a number that cannot exist?

They keep calling and I ain’t gonna answer

How is it that these losers can call from numbers like this???  Why cant anyone seem to stop this constant harrasment?
