I got a call from this number, it said Tx, USA, thinking it was brother using a different number, I answered it but didn't speak, then they hung up.  After reading all of your comments above, I have now blocked the number on my phone!!!!

This number calls me every day, as a silent phone call. I have no idea why. I am in the UK.

had a call from these time wasters, womens voice said hello, after I had said hello 5 times, then the idiots hung up! I'm in the uk by the way.

rung me several times,left answerphone to answer it, they left no message

Just had an incoming call to my mobile from this number.  I know nobody in Texas, so I just ignored it, ie did not pick up.

They tried calling me about 10 mins ago in Scotland. Didn't recognise the number so didn't answer. No message was left.

This number called my home phone in UK at 2.33pm today. Silent call, went over to answerphonne. Anyone know what the point is? Do they earn money from a pick up? At least 2 every day, different numbers. Some seem to have call centre sounds in the background. MPs get them as well. Let your know you want action!

This number called my mobile number at 6:22pm yesterday (20/03/14) and the caller ID said the call was from Austin, Texas, USA.

The caller did not reply, remained silent for 9 seconds (they were there, I could hear them breathing but no background noise) then hung up.

I am in the UK, south of Manchester.

I did not call back.

just got a missed call from this number in Texas - no message and after reading all these will not be answering if they do call again - time wasters

Got a missed by this number at 09:18 today on my mobile. No message left.  Like others I will not now be answering it.   They seem to calling all over the world as I am in Scotland.

Got yet another call. I just don't say anything now when I answer and they hang up. I've had 4 international phone calls today. It's driving me mad!!!

Had a call from this number today who ever it was gave me the silent treatment! Who ever you are [***] 

This number called today. Listened in to a fascinating conversation... Recorded message saying "we can sell you a government free boiler" etc. Usual scam. My cold caller filter was saying "we do not accept calls from your number. Hang up and do not call again". No ring heard in house 0f course!  I hope they enjoyed their little chat :)

Had a silent call today (U.K. Saturday lunchtime).  Very annoying and disruptive.

Called on a Sunday morning at 9.30, seen the number so didn't answer it. I don't have any shares, I work for sky so unlikely to be them, my computers not infected and I don't want any new random household government scrappage scheme that no ones heard of. I think they switch their script daily going by the posts, in the hope someone will hand over bank, credit card details and every bit of personal info they can get out them but what really bugs me is that its a feckin' Sunday morning.

Just had a call from a lady who could barely speak English, did manage to understand that she wasn't trying to sell me anything. I just told her to remove my name/number from their database and put the phone down, she was still talking

Had a call today at 13.45 in the UK from this number, a bad quality recorded message about free solar panels. It gave me the option to be removed from the calling list so I did. I Did some research and the number seems to be in San Antonio, Texas. Very strange, if you read the earlier posts here they seem to be targeting 1 country at a time.
