Got missed calles from this (0025240212259) number, when I called back it recieved but no one spoken from that side or looks like hung up.

I have got missed calls from numbers - 0025240212259 &   0025270600919.

On cheking the country code I found that 00252 is ISD code of Somalia.

I just cheked the net to find out about these calls and came to know that these are scam calls where these people try to get access to your computer (and later plan to steal important personal details like bank/credit card details, internet banking passwords....
SO PLEASE DONOT FOLLOW ANY INSTRUCTIONS FROM THEM.
The modus operandi is they teall that they are calling from Microsoft OR some compute security firm and there are viruses in your comp / mac/ lappy.
Will then ask you to type certain commands OR open some mail attachment which will give these buggers an access to your comp (They out a trojan on your comp)

we are also receiving the  blank calls from this no since midnight, when we call on the same no, it come this route is busy, please beware of this kind of nos may be fake,  how we can stop .

I got a call yesterday at 5 am from +2522239622. Fortunately I was too asleep to pick up so I rejected the call. When I checked the number its from Somalia...I was wondering who could call me from there when I saw this message. Thanks for spreading the news which can make people be careful.

Just received a call from +2522239622. When I answered the other side disconnected immediately. Seeing that it was an international call I did not call back without verifying where the call could have originated from. The moment I realised that it came from Somalia I deleted the number from my phone!

i got a call from 0025240212259......but he dint reply,,,, so its fake only

got a call from +2522239619-23 ( 5 nos.). over 5-6 missed calls in 7 hours . When i checked on True Caller no was from Somalia. These guys call from those numbers pretending to be from big firms, try to extract data from your cell.
this happened today on 02 nov 2012. It was Karwa chawth. I got worried. Wrote for some other persons help.
Dont take clls from +352 or +3752 or + 25 . These South African countries try to screw inocent ppl.

DO NOT call back on +2522239622 / 23 / 24. It charges 45 rupees per minute.

It is no more 45 rupees it is now 50 rupees per minute I lost mine when I did called at that no .

Am from Muscat , I also got the misscall from 0025270300542 , 19/01/2013   time 06:00am first time after that 2 time again came misscall , then next day also i got 2 time misscall , after that i try to call but number showing not correct .

This is crazy i got a call from same number only last two digits are change i.e. 19

Hahaha they ring you and ask for ur wishes and say that they could make it true, but u have to pay for it !! For me i'll never believe.

Nine calls received from 00252615388136 - No answer from the other side. Feels quite harassing have to say.

I got a missed call from 0025240129606. When I returned the calls, the person on the other side tries to get you into a conversation. I will know what i got charged for the useless discussions.

They text through 002522131928 but when i text back ,safaricom does not recognize but deducts kshs 10.
