why this number is calling me?????? It´s an italian no. and I have no idea what would the caller like from me

i got a call today from the same number.
dont know who it is. I live in Switzerland

I have been called several times by this number. But I do not expect to be called from Italy. And I will not try to call back.

they tried to call me, too! I have tried to call back and it is allways busy.:-( so, I could not speak with anybody.

Just got that cold-call too (in Germany) - trying to sell biological food.

Today I got a call from this number. Italian farmers wanted to sell ecological products to me.

Also have been called by 00390173232820. Guy doesnt stop talking and wants do sell eco-food for 74 Euro (I live in germany). When I asked him where he has this (my) Number from he suddenly became very unfriendly ("[***]") and interrupted the call

So - never call back tthis guy - dont give money!

i´m from Luxemburg and they called me, too. in good french they try to sell me biologic doogfood. the guy asked if if have a dog or cat or both. I sayd that i have a dog but i have a dog and 3cats. He asked me three times if i have seriously no cat, so he knows that i have some. Than he asked me if the dog lives in an appartment or a house! One thing is sour, the datas that they have on people, they buy it at local veterinaries. It´s a trick to make a house break-down, they knew if you have a house or appart if there´s a pitbull waiting on a burglar or just a cat or nothing, etc.
They make that in Italy because there it is legal to save datas for the "big fish". The italian government is still 1on1 with the mafia(P2 etc). The crime in her country is less because the without-papers people who havent the right to work are being transported by busses all over Europe to stole the "rich mans" Gold and money. Thats the truth and the mafia forces this people to do that, so they have no choice and they are innocent. It´s work for her and eat and sleep warm and dry or die on the street or go back to nothing. So you see this number is a big deal and all you can do is asking next time where they got your telephone number,name and confronting them with this facts.

i got calls as well and i heard that calling back and/or answering their calls cost you immediately EUR 10.-- with rapidly increasing (exponential) costs...fingers off!!

by the way:
the number 00390173232820 is correct, in italy one mustn't leave away the 0 after the country code..without the 0 before the area code it won't work in italy.

we only heard the dialing tone. one time we had heard voices of many people and a girl said hello, then hang up.

I can remember that this italian man called me some months ago and tried to offer me this food-stuff.

does anybody exactly know what this calls are for? or what they cost?

Today, when I was at home, I picked up the phone and they just asked for my girl-friend, who lives with me.
The number they called is in the telephone-book of Munich, Germany.

When I said, she is not at home, the female voice asked a man, what to do and then she hang up!

I receive calls from this number everyday at least 5 or 6 times from 00390173232820. This morning already 3 times ( 9.30) What does one do to stop it?????????????
