I got a call on Saturday on my answering machine from this french guy (I'm leaving in Germany). Before my friend answer the telephone, we heard arabic speaking over the telephone speaker. Than my friend answering the phone call and the french guy was there asking for domestic animals and wanted to sell my friend anmimal food for 74 €, first trying and when the animal doesn't like, you can send it back. I think, my friend phoned 10 Min. with him (kidding him), at least he said to him, ok send me the food for my animal ... Interesting was, the french guy have had, my complete address ! But he made a mistake, he spoke with my friend and said to him the familiy name of my ex-husband and you have to know, my ex-husband and I are divoreced since 10 years and I have had changed my name. So you see, I think, they have the address and telephone number from old entries?!

They were very active last year, now they tried again today. Calls are made on an side number of our company, that used to be the main number published 1.5 years ago, so the calls are easy to recognize and we don't answer. Thanks to all contributors to this forum.

I live in Germany and received yesterday at 8:30 h p.m. a call from this number. we did not pick up the phone. I did not know anything about this number until I had read all that in this thread. so, thank you all for the warning.

Hi I get phone calls from this number 00390173232820 every other day in Switzerland. Fortunately I'm not at home during most days, so they never got through. Thanks for your infos! I don't need italian farming products either :-)

Hallo ich kriege fast jeden Tag einen Anruf von der Nummer 00390173232820 in der Schweiz. Zum Glück bin ich oft nicht zu Hause tagsüber, also hab ich den Anruf nie entgegengenommen. Danke für eure Infos! ich brauch auch keine italienischen Bioprodukte :-)

given on the homepages (see below). Send the fax without header and suppress
your sending number. Both companies use the same dialling service.

Wanted to speak to a random name, then asked to speak to my wife and whan I inquired about why they called, they spoke extremely rude and hung up on me. From the accent, I would think it is not an italian person calling. It sounded very much like a north-Africa accent (most french-speaking call centers are in Tunisia or Marocco).
Among the insult was "dog" which is an insult among arabs.
Are we 100 % sure the caller id can't be usurped, like the sender's address of an e-mail ?

I was called several times by 00390173232820 and related other numbers.
They are telesales, ,, first, they are few seconds where nobody says hello, as the dialing machine is assigning the your answered call to any available agent. Then they ask if you are Mister x or Misses y, blabla,,..
I am upset and fedup to receive up to 3 to 4 of these telesales ,, using a private phone at any moment to introduce themselves in your private life, for mercantile purpose,,
I started first to answer and ask if it is adverts, they usually say "no",, lol,,, then I ask not to call me back,,
Even worst, ,,most of these telesales normally hide their phone number,,. and since I have entered a lock code , these hidden numbers cannot get through,,,
Just ask your operator to get lock code, that you can activate and deactivate yourself for free,
Now I am really upset and will enter a lock
