It was calling me few moments ago. I picked up the phone, and that someone on other side hung up.
Maybe its automated machine, checking for live numbers ?

Hello, I am from Georgia. This number called me today, 28th of July 2009 at 19:47. Who or what is it? Such or this number called me in March also. I directed to my provider but they could not find the IP address or country of this call. Then I directud to police but I heve no answer yet.

got a call from this number about 5 mins ago. answered it but about a second later the call was disconnected and a message appeared saying service unavailable... i rang back after that and somebody answered and said ''hello? hello?'' but i did not answer back as i was unaware who it was. i hung up and soon after i rang back again to see if anybody would identify themselves but i could just hear strange music and then it disconnected. on my third go, it sounded like a voicemail and the speaker was chinese or japanese i think. i hung up and then googled the number and came across this site. and thats it! thanks everyone....

It "called" me last night on my cellphone. When I answered, they hang up...

Am from Sultanate Of Oman and i too got a call from this # last night. It got disconnected in few seconds and when i tried to call back, it says am not allowed to call that number. It was from somewhere in Holland.

I had a call last evening from this number.Trying to give them a missed call, but immddiately it got connected for one second but my phone company charged me for one minute (billing in minutes) . This may be a policy from cell phone company to make money in collaboration with those nasty people.
