Got the same call at 12:15 MEZ here in Germany. English speaking person with accent - perhaps far east.

He told me that wants to see whether I'm qualified or a call back. Told him that I wasn't interested...

I had a call from "James" who claimed to be the CEO from "Trans Data". He was really barefaced and stressed me to put him through to our CEO (he knew the name) or any other manager in our house.
But I didn´t because he gave me no matter for his call and I heard many other persons speaking in the background (callcenter...).Then he asked me again for my name. After that I told him that I´m the administration manager he directly became friendly and wished me a good day....

Just received a call from this number. Hardly to understand because of acustic feedback. He wanted to speak with our general manager. I asked him to write an email.and hung up.

Today I also got a call from this number, but I didn´t answer it.

Ich habe gerade den Anruf von dieser Nummer bekommen. Eine weibliche Stimme, wollte den Geschäftsführer sprechen, von dem sie den Namen wusste.
Hat dann Informationen über die Firma einholen wollen. Das Gespräch endete plötzlich, nachdem sie mich gefragt hat, was meine Position in der Firma ist, und ich ihr gesagt habe, dass ich der Frimenanwalt bin.

Got calls again today 19.03.2012 / 12.43 from +443444 same procedere as every call...

They called me at 8.00 this morning in Norway. Asked if I was the owner of my company. A man with a bad English accent said he called from the UK and asked if I was interested in investments, and how much I would invest if the project was right. 5, 10, 20 ,50 thousand euros? I didn't say any number, so he said he would send me an email to my address witch he knew, and give me a follow up call.

Got the call to my answering system in Norway today. No message was left. Same number, +443444.

A woman called, speaking English, asking to speak with  Mr. xxxx. I asked for her name.  She said her name was Mandy calling from Transdata and would like to speak with Mr. xxxx.  I asked her what was it about..The phone was then turned silent.  I live in Germany. As many other reports,  there was strong noises in the background.

Hallo! The nummer is calling seriously offen! I think they find the nummers from internet. This is in Austria!
We dont take the nummer again!

Got the same call - bad english, asking questions about my investment-capabilities. I told the female voice nothing important and tried to waste some time. After i refused to give my email adress the call was over very quickly. Sounded like the first step to find victims with some liquid money to rip them of.

Got a call from this number +443444, I didn't answer because it looked odd. Found this page and now  I will not answer if called again. I'm not a business person, so apparantly private numbers are also on their list.

Do what I allways do - DONT hang up. Just put the phone active on the table and let it run.
Do it twice and they (and often others) don't call again.

Since yesterday I had at least 12 calls, this morning in 1,5 hours 5 of them.

The last two one ended with " you are a [***] [***]" and" [***] yourself".
Michael Campbell was the person who said he is a managing directors, company is Transdata.

I also got two calls today in Germany. They called my office-phone and left some kind of "voice mail" that was just a lot of noise and some distant voice.

Today, 24-04-2012, call from 00443444, noisy background, lady said hello and my name, hard to understand what she wanted???  Was just in a meeting, so she hang up...

recieved a call from 0044 3444  - seems that they're still on work... same as everybody above:

called private number a week ago (in germany) asking for XX with first and last name, person wasn't available, told them be back in a week or so - asked for english, loud noises and bad connection, hard to understand.

called back today - nobody were here

as I talked to the dedicated reciever, he told me that he got the same strange calls at the company (so they know private and company numbers)

i received a call from 0044 3 4 44 before a few minutes....the caller knows my complete name and my company....i am from germany....i hung up without comment....
